あまり知られていない実はすごい化粧水を3つ紹介します

皆さんこんにちは。トモ・アリアラタです。 今日はですね、あんまり話題になっていないんだけど実はすごくいいという化粧水を3つご紹介したいと思います。 世の中には本当にたくさんの化粧水があって、私自身もいろいろ使うんですけれども、「あ、これ本当はいいんだけどな」と、成分もそうですし、テクスチャーもそうですし、使ってみた感じもいいのに、なかなか話題にならない、バズっていないなというものがあります。私の中では「これいいのになぁ」と思っている化粧水を3つご紹介したいと思います。 世の中にたくさん化粧水がある中で、SNSで人気のものをやっぱり選びがちだと思うんですが、今日ご紹介するのは隠れた名品と言ってもいいんじゃないかなと思います。各ブランドのちゃんとしたコンセプトと、秘伝のタレがしっかり入っている化粧水になりますので、早速いきたいと思います。 1つ目はこちら、「ラクトデューSE ローション」です。こちらはヤクルトさんが作っている化粧品になります。 ヤクルトといえば乳酸菌飲料で腸内環境というイメージがあるんですけれども、聞いたところによると、昔ヤクルトは瓶入りで、牛乳のように配られていたそうです。その回収した瓶を洗っていた方の手がすごく綺麗で、肌荒れもせず色も白くなってきた。「これはきっとヤクルトに何か秘密があるんじゃないか」というところから化粧品が生まれた、という風に聞きました。すごく面白くないですか？ それで、何がいいかというと、ヤクルトといえば乳酸菌としてお馴染みじゃないですか。お腹に入っていく乳酸菌としてよく知られていますが、この化粧品に入っているのは「シロタエッセンス」といって、牛乳を発酵させるときに使う秘伝のタレの乳酸菌発酵エキスになります。 このシロタエッセンス、乳酸菌発酵エキスなんですけれども、肌荒れを改善してくれるという効果が期待できるので、肌荒れをしやすい人は肌荒れしにくくなるということが期待できます。乳酸菌の発酵液というのは、発酵することでアミノ酸が作られていくんですね。アミノ酸というのは天然保湿因子、つまり肌の保湿を司る天然保湿因子と同じような働きをするので、そこも肌荒れを根本的に防止していくことにつながるのかなと思います。 あとはこのシロタエッセンス自体に抗酸化作用や抗糖化作用があって、大人になると黄ぐすみが気になるじゃないですか。私も最近、黄ぐすみとの戦いなんですよ。黄ぐすみを取りたいなと。そういった抗糖化で肌が黄色っぽくなるのを抑えるという効果も期待できます。 さっき言ったような保湿成分もしっかり入っていて、保湿成分でいうとセラミドやヒアルロン酸もしっかり入っていますし、あとビタミンA油というのが入っていて、これはもちろんレチノールとかとまではいかないんですが、角層のターンオーバーを促してくれて整えてくれるというところがあるので、乾燥で乱れがちな角層も整えてくれるんじゃないかなと思います。 あとはアラントインという抗炎症作用があるものも入っているので、肌荒れがしやすくて乾燥もしがちという方にはすごくおすすめです。抗糖化作用もあるので、日焼けではなくて何となく黄色くなってきて透明感が下がってきたという方には、すごくいい化粧水なんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、「ケイ薬用 Cクリアホワイトローション」です。こちらは青山皮膚科の亀山先生が開発したドクターズブランドになるんですけれども、青山皮膚科というと結構ニキビ治療で有名なクリニックなんですね。亀山先生は本当にいち早くビタミンCをニキビ治療に使っていて、日本の中でビタミンCの第一人者と言っても過言ではないのかなと思う先生になっています。 もちろんこちらにはビタミンCが入っているんですけれども、「先生、ビタミンCが入っている化粧水なんてプチプラでもいっぱいあるし、なんであえてこれなの？」って思う方も多いと思うんですが、亀山先生の考え方が私はすごく素晴らしいなと思っていて、ビタミンCを研究しているからこそ、ビタミンCの良いところも悪いところもすごく把握しているんですね。 ビタミンCの良いところというのはやっぱり美白もそうですし、抗酸化作用もそうですし、効果でいうと毛穴だったりニキビだったり美白だったり、そういったところにも本当にいいんですけれども、欠点としては、抗酸化作用が高いという意味ではすごくいいんだけれども、それが仇となると、役目を終える前に自身が劣化してしまうというところなんですよね。なのでビタミンCはいいんだけれども、サポートしてくれる成分がないと、なかなかその働きがうまくいかないというところを亀山先生はよくご存知で、ビタミンCをもちろんしっかり入れるんだけれども、それをサポートする成分を入れないと本当の意味でビタミンCが力を発揮してくれない、という風に考えて、ビタミンCをサポートしてその働きが最大限出るような処方を組んでいるのが、このケイ薬用Cクリアホワイトローションなんです。 それがどういったものかというと、ビタミンCを助けるために、これも抗酸化作用が高いグルタチオンというものと、あとナイアシンアミドを入れているんですね。ビタミンCをサポートしながら、プラスそのグルタチオンやナイアシンアミド自体もパワフルな美容成分なので、本当に相乗効果で、普通のビタミンCの化粧水を使ってもあんまりよく分からないなという方も、こちらだと「あれ、ちょっと手応え感じてくるかも」というようなものになっています。 あとこちらにはビタミンB群も入っていますし、パルミチン酸レチノールも入っているんですね。なのでビタミンCだけじゃなくて、ビタミンB群、ビタミンA、あとビタミンEも入っているので、ビタミンA・C・E＋Bみたいな、サプリでもそうですけれども、ビタミンってマルチで使った方が体にもいいということがあるので、お肌もビタミンCだけを立てるんじゃなくて、ビタミンCをサポートするような他のビタミン類も入れながら、プラスこの化粧水の肝であるグルタチオンやナイアシンアミドもしっかり入れている。そこに潤いもちゃんと入れたいということで、ヒアルロン酸やトリペプチドといったものも入れているので、臨床の先生がしっかりと日々の患者さんに向き合いながら作った化粧水だなという感じがします。 なので毛穴が気になるとか、ニキビ跡が気になるとか、大人ニキビが気になるという方は、ぜひ試してみてもいいんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、「アドライズ アクティブローション コンクモイスト」です。このアドライズというのは持田製薬さん、製薬会社が作っている化粧水なんですね。こちらは乾燥がめちゃめちゃ気になるという方には本当にいいなと思っています。 というのも、こちらには保湿成分としてピカイチと言われているヘパリン類似物質が入っています。そういうと「先生、ヘパリンはいろんなところに入っているから別に」って思う方も多いと思うんですが、たぶんヘパリン類似物質を入れた化粧水で一番早かったのは、実はこのアドライズなんですよね。今は本当にいろんなブランドから出ているんですけれども、詳しく言うとちょっと難しい話になりますが、このヘパリン類似物質はなかなか化粧品に配合するのが難しかったんです。持田製薬さんはやはり製薬会社なので、ヘパリン類似物質が肌の水分量をアップさせるのにすごくいいということは分かっていたんですが、原料として存在していなかったんですよ。ヘパリン類似物質を化粧品に配合できるようになったのが少し経ってからのことで、原料がないんだったら自分たちで作りましょう、というところで作ったのがこのヘパリン類似物質になるので、たぶん一番早かったんじゃないかなと思います。 そこに有効成分としてプラセンタが入っています。プラセンタは美白や肌荒れ防止成分として入っているので、保湿もしながら美白もしたいという人にはいいのかなと思います。もう一つ、発酵乳酸菌液というのが入っているんですが、これは皮膚のターンオーバーを促してくれるんですね。ターンオーバーを促すときに、余計なメラニンをきちんと排出してくれるというところがあるので、美白にもすごくいいんじゃないかなと思います。 ヘパリンだけじゃなくて、馬スフィンゴ脂質とか白キクラゲ多糖体とか、セラミドに似たような保湿成分もぎっしり入っているんですよ。保湿成分が入っているとそれだけで透明感もアップしていくんですけれども、それだけじゃなくて有効成分のプラセンタが入っていることで、保湿から美白まで叶えられるんじゃないかなと思います。なので意外と皆さん知られていないんですけど、これ本当に名品だなと思っております。 いかがでしたか？こちらの3本、皆さん使っているものはありましたかね？どれも本当にそのメーカーさんのこだわりだったり秘伝のタレだったり、処方の妙だったりが本当に素晴らしいなと思っている名品なので、よかったら皆さんチェックしてみてください。 ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。もしこういうものを取り扱ってほしいというものがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら〜！ 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Hello everyone. This is Tomo Ariarata. Today I want to introduce three lotions (toners) that aren't talked about much but are actually amazing. There are truly so many lotions out there, and I use a lot of them myself too. There are some where I think, "Oh, this is actually really good" — the ingredients, the texture, the way it feels when you use it — but for some reason they never become a hot topic or go viral. So today I want to introduce three lotions that I personally think are great even though they're not well known. With so many lotions out there, people tend to pick whatever's popular on social media, but I think what I'm introducing today could be called hidden gems. Each one is packed with the brand's genuine concept and their own "secret sauce," so let's get right into it. The first one is "Lacto Duo SE Lotion." This is made by Yakult. When you think of Yakult, you probably think of lactic acid bacteria drinks and gut health. But apparently, long ago Yakult used to come in glass bottles, delivered like milk. The workers who washed the returned bottles reportedly had beautifully clean hands — no skin trouble, and their skin even became fairer. That led to the idea that "there must be some secret in Yakult," which is how this cosmetics line was born. Isn't that fascinating? So what makes it good? Yakult is famous for its lactic acid bacteria that you take in through your gut, but what's in this cosmetic product is called "Shirota Essence" — a fermented extract of the lactic acid bacteria used in the "secret sauce" for fermenting milk. This Shirota Essence, this fermented lactic acid bacteria extract, is expected to help improve skin troubles, so people who are prone to skin issues may find it helps reduce them. When lactic acid bacteria ferment, amino acids are produced. Amino acids function similarly to natural moisturizing factors (NMF), which govern skin hydration, so this may also help fundamentally prevent skin troubles. Also, this Shirota Essence itself has antioxidant and anti-glycation properties. As we get older, sallow/yellowish dullness (due to glycation) becomes a concern — I'm fighting that battle myself lately, trying to get rid of that yellowish dullness. This anti-glycation effect may help suppress that yellowing of the skin. It also contains the moisturizing ingredients I mentioned, like ceramides and hyaluronic acid. There's also vitamin A oil in it — not quite as strong as retinol, but it promotes and regulates the skin's turnover in the stratum corneum, which may help correct the disrupted turnover caused by dryness. It also contains allantoin, which has anti-inflammatory properties, so this is highly recommended for people who are prone to both skin troubles and dryness. Because of its anti-glycation properties, it's also great for people whose skin has become yellowish and lost its clarity — not from sun damage, but from glycation. Next up is the "K Yakuyo C Clear White Lotion." This is a doctor's brand developed by Dr. Kameyama of Aoyama Dermatology Clinic. Aoyama Dermatology is known as a clinic specializing in acne treatment. Dr. Kameyama was one of the earliest to use vitamin C in acne treatment, and I think it's not an exaggeration to call him one of Japan's leading experts on vitamin C. Of course this lotion contains vitamin C, but you might think, "Doctor, there are plenty of affordable vitamin C lotions out there — why this one specifically?" What I find amazing is Dr. Kameyama's approach: because he has researched vitamin C so thoroughly, he deeply understands both its strengths and its weaknesses. The strengths of vitamin C include brightening effects, antioxidant properties, and benefits for pores, acne, and brightening in general. But the weakness is that, precisely because its antioxidant power is so strong, it tends to degrade itself before it can fully do its job — sort of using itself up before completing its role. So vitamin C is great, but without supporting ingredients, it can't function properly. Dr. Kameyama understood this well, so rather than just loading the formula with vitamin C, he designed it with supporting ingredients so vitamin C can perform at its maximum potential — and that's exactly what this K Yakuyo C Clear White Lotion is. Specifically, to support vitamin C, it also contains glutathione — another powerful antioxidant — and niacinamide. Since both glutathione and niacinamide are themselves powerful beauty ingredients, they create a real synergy. So even people who felt "I don't really notice a difference" with regular vitamin C lotions might feel, "Oh, I can actually feel this one working." It also contains vitamin B group ingredients and retinol palmitate. So it's not just vitamin C — it includes vitamin B, vitamin A, and vitamin E as well, like a multivitamin formula (A, C, E plus B). Just like with supplements, taking vitamins together tends to be better for the body, and the same idea applies to skin — rather than relying on vitamin C alone, this formula includes other supporting vitamins, plus the key ingredients glutathione and niacinamide. On top of that, for hydration, it also includes hyaluronic acid and tripeptides. You can really feel that this was formulated by a clinical doctor who faces patients every day. So if you're concerned about pores, acne scars, or adult acne, this is definitely worth trying. Next is "Adryze Active Lotion Concentrated Moist." Adryze is made by Mochida Pharmaceutical, a pharmaceutical company. This one is truly excellent for people who are seriously concerned about dryness. That's because it contains heparinoid (heparin-like substance), which is said to be a top-tier moisturizing ingredient. You might think, "Heparinoid is in tons of products already, so what's special about this one?" But actually, this Adryze lotion was likely one of the very first to include heparinoid. Nowadays it's used by so many brands, but to explain in detail — it used to be quite difficult to incorporate heparinoid into cosmetics. Being a pharmaceutical company, Mochida knew that heparinoid was excellent for boosting skin's water content, but at the time there was no raw material available for cosmetic use. It was only later that heparinoid was approved for use in cosmetics. So Mochida decided, "If there's no raw material available, let's make it ourselves," and that's how this heparinoid ingredient came to be — likely making them one of the earliest to use it. The lotion also contains placenta extract as an active ingredient, which helps with brightening and preventing skin troubles — great for those who want both moisture and brightening. It also contains a fermented lactic acid bacteria liquid, which helps promote skin turnover. Promoting turnover helps properly expel excess melanin, so this is also great for brightening. Beyond heparinoid, it's also packed with moisturizing ingredients similar to ceramide, like horse-derived sphingolipids and white tremella (snow fungus) polysaccharide. Just from these moisturizing ingredients alone, your skin's clarity would improve — but combined with the active ingredient placenta, you get both moisture and brightening.
