あまり知られていない実はすごい洗顔を3つご紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、ともこです。 今日は「本当はすごいシリーズ」ということで、これまで化粧水や美容液を紹介してきましたが、今回は「本当はすごい洗顔料」を3つご紹介したいと思います。 洗顔料には安価なプチプラから1万円するようなハイブランドまで、本当にたくさんの種類がありますよね。それぞれに良さはありますが、今日は技術面や肌タイプ・悩み別にピックアップしてみました。気になる方は最後までご覧ください。 【1つ目：eno organic クリアホイップフォーム】 こちらはポンプ式で、もこもことした細かい泡が出てくるタイプの洗顔料です。泡の細かさや香りの良さも魅力ですが、なんといってもこれは「泡タイプの酵素洗顔」なんです。 酵素洗顔はお好きな方も多いと思いますが、通常は粉末タイプで自分で泡立てる必要があるものがほとんどです。実は洗顔料はしっかり泡立てることで、肌の汚れをきちんと落とせることが分かっています。花王さんの実験によると、通常に泡立てたものと高密度に泡立てたものを比較すると、同じ洗浄成分でも高密度の泡の方が汚れがよく落ちるそうです。泡がしっかり立っていると界面活性剤が直接肌に触れにくく、泡自体が汚れを取ってくれるため、肌にも優しく洗浄力も高くなるというデータがあります。 酵素洗顔は余分な角質をケアしてターンオーバーを整え、毛穴の黒ずみやくすみにも効果が期待できますが、泡立てにくいという難点がありました。それを解決したのがこの「eno organic クリアホイップフォーム」です。 酵素は水に溶けると活性が弱まってしまうため、通常は粉末やパウダー状でしか配合できませんでした。しかしeno organic独自の技術により、パパイン酵素をカプセル化して泡の中に閉じ込めることで、肌にのせた瞬間もパパインの活性を保つことができるようになりました。これは意外とありそうでなかった「泡の酵素洗顔」なんです。 発売から約2年経ちますが、今でもこのタイプの泡酵素洗顔はあまり見かけません。酵素洗顔をしたいけれど泡立てが苦手、毛穴やくすみが気になるけれど乾燥しやすい、という方にぴったりの一品です。 【2つ目：オルビスユー ファーミングウォッシュ】 こちらはペースト状で自分で泡立てるタイプですが、非常に泡立ちが良く、泡立てネットなしでもモコモコの濃密な泡ができます。 この洗顔料のすごいところは「導入洗顔」と呼ばれる点。洗った後に次の化粧水が浸透しやすい肌に整えてくれるんです。これはオルビスユー独自の「ハイドロキャッチ製法」によるもので、酵母抽出液・塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム・アクリルアミド強重合体という成分から作られています。 少し専門的な話になりますが、肌にはプラスとマイナスの電位があり、この製法によって電位を変化させることで、次に使う化粧水の電荷としっかり引き合い、密着しやすくなるという仕組みです。つまり、汚れを落とすだけでなく、次に使う化粧水の浸透力も高めてくれるということです。 私は「これってオルビスユーの化粧水限定の効果なのでは?」と気になり、メーカーに問い合わせてみました。すると、確かにオルビスユーの「トロパシャ」化粧水との相性が一番良いように設計しているものの、この“次の化粧水を浸透させやすくする”効果自体は、他社の化粧水と併用してもきちんと発揮されるように処方されているとのことでした。 もちろんトロパシャの化粧水との組み合わせが一番おすすめですが、これまで導入美容液や美白美容液などいろいろ使ってきた方には、洗顔にブースター効果があるというのは嬉しいポイントだと思います。また、保湿成分のポリクオタニウム-7なども配合されており、肌の水分保持にも役立つので、オールマイティーに使える洗顔料と言えます。 【3つ目：ソフィーナiP リニュームウォッシュ】 こちらも泡で出てくるタイプの洗顔料です。ソフィーナ、つまり花王といえば炭酸研究のトップランナー。世の中には「炭酸配合」を謳う洗顔料が多くありますが、実はその多くはLPガスの噴射で泡立てて、そこに炭酸を加えているケースがほとんどです。純粋な炭酸だけで泡を作ろうとすると、泡がへなへなになってしまうため、なかなか高濃度の炭酸だけで仕上げるのは難しいんです。 しかしこの「ソフィーナiP リニュームウォッシュ」は、高濃度の炭酸を配合しながらも、しっかりとした密度の泡をキープできているのがすごいところです。 炭酸には、肌にのせることで血流を促進し、次に使う化粧水の浸透を助ける効果があります。また、肌が本来持つ「角層が自然に剥がれ落ちる力」をサポートする働きもあるため、無理に剥がすのではなく、余分な角質を優しく取り除いてくれます。これによって血流改善によるくすみケアと、角質ケアによるくすみ改善の両方が期待できます。 さらに炭酸を使うことで角層の脂質構造がわずかに緩み、次の化粧水の浸透力もアップします。加えて、高濃度の炭酸によって界面活性剤が少量でも汚れや皮脂をしっかり吸着できることが分かっているため、界面活性剤の配合量を抑えることができ、乾燥肌や皮むけしやすい方でも安心して使えるのが大きな特徴です。 もちろん通常のLPガス炭酸洗顔に比べると多少泡はへたりやすいですが、それでもここまで高密度の泡を維持しながら炭酸の恩恵を受けられる洗顔料は、花王の技術ならではだと思います。エスト、アルブラン、専科など、花王系列の洗顔料はこの炭酸技術がベースになっていて、そこに各ブランドの美容成分がプラスされているイメージです。本格的なエイジングケアを求めるなら他のブランドの方が向いているかもしれませんが、「乾燥肌で洗顔料選びに悩んでいる」「くすみも気になるし水分量もアップさせたい」という方には、手頃な価格で試しやすい優秀な洗顔料だと思います。 以上、「本当はすごい洗顔料」を3つご紹介しました。どれも各メーカーの研究に裏打ちされた、驚くような技術が詰まった洗顔料です。すでにご存知だった方も多いかもしれませんが、まだ知らなかった方は、ぜひご自身の肌質や悩みに合わせて試してみてください。 今日も最後までご覧いただき、ありがとうございました。今日の内容が良かったという方は、グッドボタンやチャンネル登録をしていただけると嬉しいです。それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

There are so many facial cleansers out there, ranging from affordable drugstore options to high-end brands costing around 10,000 yen. Each has its own merits, but today I want to highlight three based on their technology and suitability for different skin types and concerns. If you're interested, please watch until the end. 【1st Product: eno organic Clear Whip Foam】 This comes in a pump bottle and dispenses fine, fluffy foam. While the fine texture of the foam and pleasant scent are appealing, what's truly amazing is that this is a "foam-type enzyme cleanser." Many people love enzyme cleansers, but most come in powder form and require you to whip up the foam yourself. Actually, research has shown that properly whipped foam is essential for effectively removing dirt from the skin. According to an experiment by Kao, when comparing normally whipped foam versus high-density whipped foam using the same cleansing ingredients, the high-density foam removed dirt more effectively. When foam is properly whipped, the surfactants have less direct contact with the skin, and the foam itself lifts away dirt—making it gentler on skin while still providing strong cleansing power. Enzyme cleansers help care for excess keratin, regulate skin turnover, and are expected to improve pore blackheads and dullness—but the difficulty of whipping them into foam has always been a drawback. This is exactly what eno organic's Clear Whip Foam solves. Enzymes typically lose their activity when dissolved in water, which is why they've traditionally only been available in powder form. However, thanks to eno organic's unique technology, the papain enzyme is encapsulated and incorporated into the foam, allowing it to maintain its activity even when applied to the skin. This is a rare example of a "foam-type enzyme cleanser" that seems like it should exist but rarely does. It's been about two years since this was released, and you still don't see many foam-type enzyme cleansers like this. This is perfect for those who want to try enzyme cleansing but struggle with whipping foam, or who are concerned about pores and dullness but also worry about dryness. 【2nd Product: Orbis U Firming Wash】 This comes in paste form that you whip up yourself, but it lathers exceptionally well, creating thick, rich foam even without a foaming net. What's amazing about this cleanser is that it's called a "priming cleanser"—after washing, it prepares your skin to better absorb the toner you use next. This is thanks to Orbis U's proprietary "Hydro Catch" formulation technology, made from yeast extract, polyquaternium (dimethyldiallylammonium chloride), and acrylamide copolymer. To explain a bit technically: skin has both positive and negative electrical charges. This formulation changes the skin's charge so that it attracts and adheres more strongly to the charge of the toner you apply next. In other words, it not only cleanses but also enhances the absorption of your subsequent toner. I was curious whether this booster effect only worked with Orbis U's own toner, so I actually inquired with the manufacturer. They confirmed that while it's designed to work best with their "Toropasha" toner, the toner-absorption-boosting effect itself is formulated to work effectively even when paired with other brands' toners. Of course, pairing it with the Toropasha toner is ideal, but for those who've been using multiple serums—priming serums, whitening serums, and more—having a cleanser with this kind of booster effect is a nice bonus. It also contains moisturizing ingredients like polyquaternium-7, which helps retain moisture in the skin, making this a versatile, all-around cleanser. 【3rd Product: Sofina iP Renewal Wash】 This is also a foam-dispensing cleanser. When it comes to Sofina—meaning Kao—no one does carbonation research better. Many cleansers on the market claim to contain carbonic acid, but most actually use LPG gas propellant to create the foam, with carbonic acid added afterward. This is because pure carbonic acid alone tends to produce weak, flimsy foam, making it very difficult to create high-concentration carbonic acid foam on its own. What makes Sofina iP Renewal Wash so impressive is that it contains high-concentration carbonic acid while still maintaining a firm, dense foam texture. Carbonic acid, when applied to the skin, improves blood circulation, which helps enhance the absorption of the toner used afterward. It also supports the skin's natural ability to shed dead skin cells, gently removing excess keratin rather than forcibly stripping it away. This provides dullness-improving effects both through better circulation and through gentle exfoliation. Additionally, carbonic acid slightly loosens the lipid structure of the stratum corneum, further improving toner absorption. On top of that, the high concentration of carbonic acid allows the product to effectively adsorb dirt and sebum even with minimal surfactants, meaning less surfactant is needed overall—making it gentle enough for those with dry or flaky skin, while still boosting skin hydration through all these combined effects. Of course, compared to typical LPG-based carbonated cleansers, the foam here is a bit less stable, but even so, achieving this level of dense foam while still delivering the full benefits of carbonic acid is something only Kao's technology can pull off. Brands like EST, Curél, and Senka are all built on this same carbonation technology as their base, with each brand's specific beauty ingredients layered on top. If you're looking for serious anti-aging effects, other brands might suit you better, but if you have dry skin, struggle to find a cleanser that works for you, and want to address dullness while boosting hydration, this is an excellent and affordable option.
