皆さんこんにちは。内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は、私がいつも「美肌のためにお肌に入れておきましょう」とお話ししている成分が入った化粧品をご紹介したいと思います。その成分とは、ビタミンAになります。 ビタミンAというと、一番有名なのはシワ改善の際にもお話しした「レチノール」ですね。レチノールは、表皮のヒアルロン酸産生を促してくれて、水分をアップさせ、内側からふっくらさせることでシワを改善するものです。ただ、レチノールは表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップするだけでなく、皮膚のターンオーバーを促す効果もあります。そのためターンオーバーが早くなることで皮むけが起きたり、レチノールの濃度が高くなるほど「レチノール反応」と呼ばれる肌の赤みが出る場合もあります。シワ改善の効能はきちんと認められているのですが、合わない方にはやや使いづらいこともあり、毎日のお手入れでは部分使いをするケースも多いです。 とはいえ、シワ改善だけでなく、お顔全体の水分量をアップさせて「ツヤ玉」と呼ばれるようなぷるっとしたツヤのあるお肌を目指したいですよね。実はレチノールは「攻めのビタミンA」なのですが、「守りのビタミンA」というものもあります。守りのビタミンAはレチノールほど刺激は強くないものの、肌に乗せておくことで徐々に・長時間かけてじわじわと効いていき、レチノールと同様に表皮のヒアルロン酸産生をアップしてくれます。ただ効果が出るまでに少し時間がかかるため、レチノールのように「シワ改善」とは言えませんが、日々のスキンケアに取り入れることで徐々に肌のハリ感やツヤ感がアップします。 さらに、紫外線が当たって肌が酸化し、コラーゲンやエラスチンが切れてしまったり、メラニンが生成されてしまう際に発生する活性酸素の働きを抑える効果も、この守りのビタミンAにはあります。 守りのビタミンAには、酢酸レチノールやパルミチン酸レチノールと呼ばれるものがあります。今回はパルミチン酸レチノールが配合された、薬局・ドラッグストアで購入できるものを3つご紹介します。 【1つ目】資生堂 アクアレーベル バウンシングケアクリーム アクアレーベルはプチプラの化粧水としてもご紹介していますが、このクリームにはパルミチン酸レチノールが配合されており、日々使うことで肌のハリ感・ツヤ感を高めてくれます。さらにトラネキサム酸も入っているため、紫外線によるシミ予防にも効果的です。また、資生堂独自のアミノ酸成分が角質層をしっかり守り、バリア機能を高めてくれます。これからの紫外線が強くなる時期に、こっくりとしたテクスチャーながらも使いやすいクリームです。 【2つ目】ザ・レチノタイム リンクルローション モイスト マツモトキヨシのオリジナル化粧品で、化粧水のほかに美容液・乳液・クリームとラインで揃っています。シワ改善成分のナイアシンアミドがメイン成分ですが、注目したいのはパルミチン酸レチノール（レチノールパルミチン酸エステル）とツボクサエキスを組み合わせた「レチノCPX」という独自複合成分が入っている点です。全成分表示でも4番目に記載されているため、高濃度で配合されていると考えられます。さらにビタミンC誘導体（L-アスコルビン酸マグネシウム）も配合されており、守りのビタミンAとビタミンCをダブルで摂取できるため、朝のスキンケアに最適です。クリームが苦手な方も化粧水や美容液・乳液でラインとして使用できる点もおすすめです。 【3つ目】肌美精 リンクルケア 濃密うるおい美容液 乾燥小ジワのケアを目的とした美容液で、コラーゲン・ヒアルロン酸・植物性プラセンタ・セラミドなど保湿成分が豊富に配合されています。さらにパルミチン酸レチノールも配合されており、とろっとした濃厚なテクスチャーが目元や法令線などの乾燥が気になる部分にもぴったりです。価格もリーズナブルで、しっかり保湿しながら守りのビタミンAを取り入れたい方におすすめです。 パルミチン酸レチノールが配合された化粧品は、以前はエンビロンなどクリニック専売品が中心でしたが、最近はさまざまなメーカーから手頃な価格で購入できるものが増えています。「ぷるっとしたお肌を作るお助け成分」と覚えておいて、ぜひ商品選びの参考にしてみてください。今回ご紹介したものはすべて薬局で購入できますので、ぜひ近くのお店で探してみてください。 このチャンネルでは美容や健康についてわかりやすくお伝えしています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。取り上げてほしいテーマがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

Today, I'd like to introduce some cosmetic products containing an ingredient I always recommend for beautiful, healthy skin — and that ingredient is Vitamin A. When it comes to Vitamin A, the most well-known form is retinol, which I've discussed before in the context of wrinkle improvement. Retinol stimulates hyaluronic acid production in the epidermis, boosts moisture levels, and plumps the skin from within to reduce wrinkles. However, retinol not only increases epidermal hyaluronic acid but also accelerates skin cell turnover. This can sometimes cause peeling, and at higher concentrations, it may trigger what's known as a "retinol reaction" — redness and irritation. While retinol's wrinkle-improving efficacy is well established, it doesn't suit everyone, and many people use it only on targeted areas rather than all over the face. That said, most of us want more than just wrinkle reduction — we want to boost overall moisture levels across the entire face and achieve that dewy, bouncy glow sometimes called a "tsuya-dama" (glow ball). While retinol is the "offensive" form of Vitamin A, there is also a "defensive" form. This defensive Vitamin A is gentler than retinol, but when applied consistently, it works gradually over time to similarly boost epidermal hyaluronic acid production — just more slowly. It may not qualify as a wrinkle-treatment claim, but with daily use, it steadily improves skin firmness and radiance. Additionally, defensive Vitamin A helps suppress the activity of free radicals generated when UV rays oxidize the skin, breaking down collagen and elastin and triggering melanin production — making it a great antioxidant shield as well. Examples of defensive Vitamin A include retinyl acetate and retinyl palmitate. Today, I'll introduce three drugstore products containing retinyl palmitate. 【Product 1】Shiseido Aqualabel Bouncing Care Cream A familiar favorite from the Aqualabel line, this cream contains retinyl palmitate to gradually enhance skin firmness and radiance with daily use. It also contains tranexamic acid to help prevent UV-induced dark spots, along with Shiseido's proprietary amino acid blend to strengthen the skin barrier. Despite its rich texture, it's a great option for the upcoming season when UV exposure intensifies. 【Product 2】The Retino Time Wrinkle Lotion Moist An original product from Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstore, available as a full skincare line including toner, serum, emulsion, and cream. While niacinamide (a proven wrinkle-improving ingredient) is the star component, what makes this line stand out is "Retino CPX" — a proprietary complex combining retinyl palmitate (listed as retinol palmitate ester) and Centella asiatica extract. Retinyl palmitate appears as the 4th ingredient on the full ingredient list, suggesting a high concentration.
