スキンケアで迷ってる人はこれ使えば間違いないです！【9月新発売】

みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日はですねスキンケア迷子の方も是非見ていただきたい動画になるんですけれども、一つ一つ化粧水とか美容液とか単独でご紹介することが多いので、どうやって選んだらいいのかわかんないよっていう人結構多くて、LINEで使うのに何かおすすめないですか?みたいなことをおっしゃる方が結構多かったんですね。ただLINEだと一つのものに特化しているものが多かったので、自分で選んでほしいなぁなんて思って今までご紹介してきたんですが、9月にはですね、使っておけばお悩みにしっかりとアプローチできるんじゃないかっていうね、ラインが2つのブランドから出ているので、今日はそれをご紹介していきたいと思います。考えるのが面倒だよ、3品ぐらいで終わりたいみたいな方も是非最後まで見ていただければと思います。では早速一つがこちら。花王のエストです。おしゃれになってないって思った方いらっしゃると思うんですよね。エストっていうと違うパッケージだったんですが、9月にですねリニューアルして、化粧水と乳液なんですけれども、このボトルに変わっています。私今ね、化粧水1種類、乳液1種類しか出してないんですけど、実は化粧水が3種類で乳液が3種類、新しくリニューアルして出されています。もう一つがこちら、Nオーガニックになります。Nオーガニックも9月にもともとあったベーシックラインというのがリニューアルしています。本当にマルチに活躍してくれるんですよね。なので今日はこの2つのブランドを深掘りしていきたいと思います。 まず肌がどうやって老化していくかということなんですが、個々の悩み・乾燥とかいろいろね、シミとかシワとかあると思うんですが、まず肌がそういうトラブルが起こる時っていうのは炎症が起こっていて、酸化しちゃう、この2つがまずメインで起こってきます。これによって肌荒れが起こったりとか、シミが起こったりとか、たるみが起こったりというようなことになっていくので、まずは炎症と酸化を抑えるというところが大きなベースになってくるんですね。それを独自の成分でやってくれているのがNオーガニックになります。 まず炎症なんですが、抗炎症の成分というのはたくさんあると思うんですよ。例えばアラントインとか、グリチルリチン酸とか、いろいろあると思うんですが、そもそもこういう抗炎症のものっていうのは、炎症性の物質が出たものを広がらないようにするっていう考え方なんですね。ただやっぱりこの炎症の成分を出さないようにするっていう風にした方がまずいいじゃないですか。なので、それを考えて行き着いたのがオウバククエキスっていうものになります。オウバククエキスっていうものの主成分はベルベリンっていうものになります。ベルベリンっていうのがですね、炎症性の物質が作られることを抑えるんですよ。炎症性の成分が広がるものを抑えるものは今までいっぱいあるって言いましたけれども、そもそも炎症を誘発する物質を作るのを抑えるっていうのがこのベルベリン、オウバククに入っている成分なんですね。 どういうことかっていうと、炎症を誘発する物質っていうのは、細胞にですね炎症が起こった時に、いつもだったら細胞質にいるNFカッパBというものが、核に移動することによって炎症を誘発する物質を作るって言われてるんですね。なので、NFカッパBというものが細胞質から核の中に移動することを抑えれば、そもそも炎症を誘発する物質ができにくいっていうことになります。それをするのがこのオウバククエキスになるんですね。なので、炎症を根本からしないようにしていくっていう考え方になります。 もう一つやっぱり肌に炎症が起こるっていうことはやっぱり肌のバリア機能が落ちることじゃないですか。じゃあ肌のバリア機能ってどういう風になっているかっていうと、私たちの細胞というターンオーバーで潤いを作ることによってバリア機能を強固にしているんですね。この潤いを作る時っていうのは、実は細胞間脂質が大事なんですが、細胞間脂質っていうのの元になるのがプロフィラグリンというものになります。プロフィラグリンがフィラグリンになって、そこから細胞間脂質を作っていくんですが、作る過程でですね、プロフィラグリンを細胞間脂質にしていくには、いろいろな酵素が必要になってくるんですね。この酵素が残念ながら年を取っていくと少なくなってくるので、だんだんだんだん細胞間脂質が作られにくくなって、潤いが低下しちゃってバリア機能が低下しちゃうということになるので、プロフィラグリンがちゃんと細胞間脂質になるように酵素を後押しするのが、ヨモギエキスというものになります。このヨモギエキスがプロフィラグリンから細胞間脂質になるように段階を踏んでいくことによって、バリア機能が整って、これも炎症を抑える一つになってくるんですね。 面白いことに、さっきのオウバククのエキスを入れるとですね、ヨモギがプロフィラグリンを作るものをさらにサポートしてくれるらしいですね。最強のタッグらしいんですけども、これを入れることによって炎症を抑えていくっていうところになります。 もう一つですね、やっぱり酸化を抑える一番の成分っていうのはやっぱりね、ビタミンCですよね。今回は美容液の方に3種類のビタミンCが入っているんですが、いつも言うのが、ビタミンCってアンパンマンみたいなやつで、酸化した細胞に自分の顔を渡して、その人を元気にしてあげるんですが、アンパンマンもいっぱい顔を食べさせちゃうと元気がなくなっちゃうように、ビタミンCっていうのは酸化から守る代わりに、自分がすぐ酸化しちゃうんですね。でも体の中って、酸化しちゃったビタミンCを還元って言って、元に戻す作用っていうのが備わっています。要は、アンパンマンが顔がなくなっちゃったら、ジャムおじさんがまた新しい顔を作ってくれるっていうのと同じように、体の中にもそういう成分っていうのがあるんですね。それがDHA還元酵素っていうものになります。 普通にビタミンCを入れるだけだとすぐに酸化しちゃうんですが、オウバククとヨモギを入れているとこのDHA還元酵素が働いてくれるので、ビタミンCが酸化しちゃったとしても、また通常の元気なビタミンCになって、また酸化しちゃったんだけど、また元気なビタミンCになってっていうサイクルを生んでくれるっていうところになるので、炎症も抑えながら、酸化を抑えるビタミンCを常に回してくれるっていうところをしてくれるんですね。 これがスキンケアラインになってます。ローションと美容液とミルク、なんですけど、この3ステップというのもすごくいいなと思うんですが、オウバククとヨモギは3本に共通して入っていますし、ビタミンCは美容液に入っているので、もう何も考えなくても、これだけ使っていれば、抗炎症と抗酸化っていうのはうまく回るんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 あと個々の成分なんですけれども、ローションには潤いの元であるアクアポリンにアプローチする、グリセリルグリコシドっていうものが入っているので、より乾燥感をなくすようにしてるし、あとはプラテリリチン酸も入ってるんですよね。なので、炎症で素を作らないようにするんですけど、それでもできてしまったものを広がらないようにするっていうところもいいと思います。化粧水はトロッとしたような化粧水になっています。最初一瞬ね、なんかヌルッとするかなと思うんですが、スッと入っていくような感じですね。あとNオーガニック使ったことある人だったらわかると思うんですけど、すっごい香りがいいです。なので、その癒されるっていうところもあると思います。 そして、こちらの美容液なんですが、これは3種類のビタミンCの誘導体が入っています。2種類の水溶性のビタミンC誘導体と、1種類の脂溶性のビタミンC誘導体が入っています。この脂溶性のビタミンC誘導体っていうのが、オイルのカプセルの中に入っていて、その中にですね、ビタミンEとあと、ビタミンAですね、そちらが一緒のカプセルに入って入っていくので、お肌ってやっぱりちょっと油がベースにあるので、カプセルっていうのは浸透しやすいんだと思うんですよね。なので、水溶性のビタミンCっていうのが速効性があるんですけども、脂溶性のものでじわじわ入っていくっていう、ビタミンC自体も時間の段階を置いているんですけれども、酸化したビタミンCを還元するようなものも回っていくので、これも素晴らしいなあと。 あとは乳液なんですが、乳液もですね、すごく面白くて、とろーっとしてるんですけれども、スーッと伸びていくんですけど、めちゃくちゃ気持ちいいです。オイルの処方がすごく上質というか、最近話題で肌を柔らかくしてくれるって言われている、マカデミアンナッツ脂肪酸フィトステロールっていうオイルも入っていて、ただそれっていっぱい入れると結構ベタついたりもするんですが、これの多分量を調整してたり、あと他のオイル系っていうのもしっかり入れているので、うるおうんだけれども、ベタつかないっていうようなもので、すごく肌触りはいいミルクになっています。なので、この3ステップで完結っていうような感じになっています。 続いてはエストなんですが、またね、エストはすごいですよ。さっきのが抗炎症と抗酸化だったんですが、今回そこにですね、抗糖化っていうことをアプローチしているのがエストになります。糖化っていうと、気くすみの原因ってイメージだと思うんですが、やっぱ日本人って濃い肌の人種って言われてるだけあって、やっぱりね、気くすみが起こりやすいんですよね。それだけじゃなくって、やっぱりその糖化をすることによって、酸化も進むし、炎症も進むって言われてるんで、やっぱり肌悩みをアプローチするためには、糖化もすごく大事で、今まで糖化をアプローチするっていうものが結構あったんですが、糖化って何が悪いかっていうと、AGEsっていう最終糖化産物っていうものができるから、気くすみが起こったりとか、炎症とか、ね、酸化が起きるよって言われてたんですね。なので、このAGEsを除去するようなものを今までアプローチあったんですが、実はこのAGEsにも種類があるんですね。種類によってより肌をくすませたりとかっていうことがあるんですよ。 じゃあどういう区分かっていうと、非蛍光性のAGEsっていうのと、蛍光性のAGEsっていうのがあるんですが、今まではそれを区別することができなかったんですが、花王さんはですね、それを区別するっていうことをして、特に蛍光性のAGEsっていうのが、より肌のくすみ感に影響してるっていうことを見つけたんですよ。蛍光性のAGEsっていうのは、実は角層にもたくさんいて、これが気くすみに影響してるんじゃないかっていうのを、今回花王さんが見つけてるんですね。角層にあるAGEsにアプローチしていくっていうものを見つけたのが、今回のエストのすごいところです。それがローマカミツレっていう成分なんですが、このローマカミツレっていうのは、花王さんのガーデンがあって、そこで温度だったりとか、水だったり、全部を管理されて、そこでしか作れないローマカミツレだけが、この蛍光性のAGEsを抑えるっていうところが分かっているんですね。これはまあ衝撃でしたよね。 あとエストはくすみっていうのにもアプローチをしてるんですね。やっぱりくすみっていうものが、肌のターンオーバーが乱れることで、肌の潤いが低下するっていうことを着目しているので、くすみ・酸化・糖化っていうことにアプローチしていくのが、今回のエストのコンセプトなんですけれども、私1本1本しか持ってないんですけど、3種類3種類あるんですね。自分の肌が今どういうふうに、くすみ・酸化・糖化が、どういうふうなバランスで悪くなっているかっていうのをチェックして、それに合ったセラムを3種類中から1つ、乳液を3種類中から1つっていうふうに選ばれるんですよ。成分も多少変わるんですけど、テクスチャーが全部違うんですよ。なので、テクスチャーも浸透も、より自分に合ったものを選べるんですよね。これってすごいことだなと思います。なので、化粧水も3つ全然違うし、乳液も全然違うんですね。 2つで終わらせてもいいし、間に好きな美容液も入れてもいいと思うんですが、自分に合った化粧水と乳液を使うだけで、それでも肌のお悩みがまるっと大丈夫ですよっていうのが、今回のエストのコンセプトになるんですよ。めちゃくちゃこれはすごいなっていうふうに思いました。なので、自分がどれ選んでいいか分かんないっていう人は、やっぱりカウンターに行って、相談していただければ選べるっていう形になっています。めちゃくちゃすごいですよね。 例えば、ローションはK、T、Sっていうタイプが3つあるんですが、KとTはですね、香辛とオイル処方っていうもので、美容成分を細かくして、それを角層まで深く浸透させるっていう、花王独自のオイルイン処方がされていますし、もう1つのSっていうタイプには、伸縮性の薄膜密着処方っていうものがあって、凹凸にしっかりと均一に化粧水が膜を張るっていう技術が、搭載されてるらしいんですよ。それだけでももうちょっとびっくりしますよね。 乳液もM、B、Lっていうタイプがあって、例えば、Mには香辛とのベシクル処方っていう処方が入っていて、細胞間脂質に似せたセラミド系を、しっかりと浸透させるようにしている乳化法だったりとか、Bタイプっていうのには、オイル内包カプセル処方って言って、オイルだけじゃなくて、美容成分もしっかりそこに入れて、例えば、メラニンが発生するメラノサイトの方まで、しっかりとそれを入れていくっていうような処方の技術を使っていたり、あとLタイプっていうのは、ラメラ補水技術って言って、ラメラ技術、水・油・水・油っていうものを塗るだけで、しっかりと作ってくれるっていうような処方を取っていたり、自分がどれにアプローチできるかっていうので、全部処方も違ってきてるんですよ。花王グループじゃないとできないなっていうふうには思って、今自分に合ってるよっていうのは、ローションのSタイプと、エメルジオのBタイプだって言われて、これを手に取ってるんですけども、他のものもね、触ってみたいなというふうに正直思っております。 Hello everyone. I'm Arata Yuri. Today's video is one that I'd really like skincare-confused people to watch as well. I often introduce individual skincare products like toners and serums separately, so many people don't know how to choose. I get a lot of LINE messages asking for recommendations, but since LINE tends to feature products that focus on one thing, I've been wanting people to choose for themselves. However, in September, there are new product lines from two brands that comprehensively address skincare concerns, so I'd like to introduce them today. Even if you find it tedious to think about skincare or just want to finish with about three products, please watch till the end. First up is Kao Esthe. Some of you might think it doesn't look stylish, and you're right—Esthe used to have a different package design, but in September, it was redesigned with new toner and milky lotion bottles. I only have one type of toner and one type of milky lotion right now, but actually three types of toners and three types of milky lotions have been newly reformulated and released. The other one is N Organic. N Organic also underwent a reformulation in September of their existing basic line. They're really versatile products. So today, I'd like to dive deep into these two brands. First, let me explain how skin ages. There are various individual concerns like dryness, dark spots, wrinkles, and so on. But when these skin troubles occur, two main things happen: inflammation and oxidation. These lead to breakouts, spots, and sagging. So the foundation is suppressing inflammation and oxidation. N Organic addresses this with their unique ingredients. Regarding inflammation, there are many anti-inflammatory ingredients like allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizate. But typically, anti-inflammatory ingredients work by preventing inflammatory substances that have already been produced from spreading. However, wouldn't it be better to prevent the inflammatory substances from being produced in the first place? That's where Oryza Compound Extract comes in. The main ingredient in Oryza Compound Extract is berberine. Berberine suppresses the production of inflammatory substances. While there are many ingredients that prevent inflammatory substances from spreading, berberine is unique because it prevents the production of inflammatory-inducing substances altogether. Here's how it works: When inflammation occurs in cells, a protein called NF-kappa B, which is normally in the cytoplasm, moves to the nucleus and triggers the production of inflammatory substances. By preventing NF-kappa B from moving from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, we can prevent the formation of inflammatory substances in the first place. This is what Oryza Compound Extract does—it takes a fundamental approach to preventing inflammation. Another key point is that inflammation occurs when the skin barrier function declines. The skin barrier is strengthened by moisture created through cell turnover. Creating this moisture depends critically on intercellular lipids. These intercellular lipids are derived from profilaggrin. Profilaggrin becomes filaggrin, which then forms intercellular lipids. However, this process requires various enzymes, and unfortunately, as we age, these enzymes decrease. This makes it harder to produce intercellular lipids, moisture decreases, and the barrier function weakens. Mugwort Extract helps to support the enzymes that convert profilaggrin into intercellular lipids. By ensuring profilaggrin properly converts to intercellular lipids, the barrier function is strengthened, which also helps suppress inflammation. Interestingly, when you use Oryza Compound Extract and Mugwort Extract together, Mugwort further supports the production of profilaggrin. It's a powerful duo. By combining these, inflammation is effectively suppressed. As for oxidation, the most important ingredient is definitely vitamin C. This beauty serum contains three types of vitamin C. As I always say, vitamin C is like Anpanman—it gives its face to oxidized cells to restore them. But just like Anpanman gets weak if he gives away too many faces, vitamin C itself oxidizes while protecting against oxidation. However, our bodies have the ability to reduce oxidized vitamin C back to its original state through what's called DHA reductase—just like Jam Uncle makes a new face for Anpanman when his face is eaten away. If you just use vitamin C alone, it oxidizes quickly. But when combined with Oryza Compound Extract and Mugwort Extract, the DHA reductase enzyme activates. So even if vitamin C becomes oxidized, it returns to its active form, then oxidizes again, then returns to active form—creating a cycle. This means inflammation is suppressed while vitamin C continuously works against oxidation. This skincare line consists of a toner, serum, and milky lotion. I think this three-step routine is excellent. Since Oryza Compound Extract and Mugwort Extract are in all three products, and vitamin C is in the serum, you don't have to think at all—just using these products means anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects work perfectly. Regarding individual ingredients, the toner contains glyceryl glycoside, which targets aquaporin, the source of hydration, further reducing dryness. It also contains platinum lichen acid to prevent inflammation-induced dull skin while preventing existing spots from spreading. The toner has a rich, viscous texture, but it absorbs quickly and smoothly. And if you've used N Organic before, you know—the scent is amazing. It's really soothing. The serum contains three types of vitamin C derivatives: two water-soluble and one oil-soluble. The oil-soluble vitamin C derivative is encapsulated in oil along with vitamin E and vitamin A. Since skin is essentially oil-based, oil encapsulation enhances penetration. Water-soluble vitamin C works quickly, while the oil-soluble version works gradually. Even though different types of vitamin C work on different timescales, the product also cycles oxidized vitamin C back to its active form. It's truly wonderful. The milky lotion is interesting too—it's rich and creamy but spreads beautifully and feels amazing. The oil blend is high quality. It contains macadamia nut fatty acid phytosterol, which is currently trendy for softening skin, but that can cause stickiness if overused. The formula carefully balances the amount and includes other quality oils, so it moisturizes without stickiness. It has an excellent skin feel. So these three steps complete a full routine. Next is Esthe, and honestly, Esthe is incredible. While N Organic focuses on anti-inflammation and antioxidation, Esthe also adds anti-glycation. You might think glycation just causes dullness, but Japanese people, being a darker-skinned race, are particularly prone to dullness. More importantly, glycation triggers both oxidation and inflammation. So addressing glycation is crucial for tackling skin concerns. There have been previous anti-glycation approaches, but the issue with glycation is that it creates AGEs (advanced glycation end products), which cause dullness, inflammation, and oxidation. Previous approaches focused on removing AGEs, but there are actually different types of AGEs. Different types affect skin differently. Specifically, there are non-fluorescent AGEs and fluorescent AGEs. While these couldn't be distinguished before, Kao discovered that fluorescent AGEs particularly contribute to skin dullness. These fluorescent AGEs are abundant in the stratum corneum and significantly impact dullness. Kao found an ingredient that specifically targets AGEs in the stratum corneum, which is what makes this new Esthe line remarkable. That ingredient is Roman chamomile extract. Kao has their own gardens where temperature, water, and everything is controlled, and only the Roman chamomile extract produced there effectively suppresses fluorescent AGEs. This is remarkable. Esthe also addresses dullness. Recognizing that dullness occurs when skin turnover is disrupted and hydration decreases, Esthe's concept is to comprehensively approach dullness, oxidation, and glycation. While I only have one of each, there are actually three types of each. You check how your skin's dullness, oxidation, and glycation are imbalanced, then choose one serum from three types and one milky lotion from three types. The formulations differ somewhat, but the textures are completely different. So you can select what best matches your skin's texture and absorption. This is amazing. The toners come in three types: K, T, and S. K and T use oil-in formulations unique to Kao, finely processing beauty ingredients for deep penetration to the stratum corneum. The S type has an elastic thin film adhesion formula that creates a uniform moisture film in skin creases. That alone is surprising. The milky lotions come in M, B, and L types. M contains a vesicle formulation that deeply penetrates ceramide-like intercellular lipids. B uses an oil-encapsulation capsule formula that delivers beauty ingredients deep to melanocytes where melanin forms. L uses lamellar hydration technology, layering water and oil to create a lamellar structure just by applying. Every formulation differs based on what it targets. Only Kao Group could achieve this. I was told my best match is the S-type toner and B-type emulsion, which I'm using now, but honestly, I want to try the other types too. So, to summarize, if you don't know what skincare to use, the products I introduced today—N Organic with toner, serum, and milky lotion, or Esthe with toner and milky lotion—both incorporate cutting-edge technology to address skin aging. Esthe also has excellent formulation technology. If you find it troublesome to use multiple products but want something truly effective, I strongly recommend checking out these two lines.
