皆さんこんにちは、トモリアラタです。今日はドラッグストアで見つけたデパコス並みのシワ改善化粧品を3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 シワ改善化粧品は本当に続々と出てきていますよね。私がこの動画でいつもお伝えしているのですが、「シワ改善」という機能を標榜できるものには種類があります。まず、本当に「シワ改善」と書いていいものは、有効成分がレチノール、ナイアシンアミド、ニールワンのいずれかでないと表示できません。 ただ、シワの中にも本当にくっきりとした表情ジワや目尻の深めのシワ以外に、乾燥から起こる小じわというものもあります。乾燥からくる小じわは保湿をしっかりすることで改善が期待でき、この小じわを改善するための評価テストというものが存在します。このテストに合格すると「乾燥による小じわを目立たなくする評価テストをクリアしました」という表示ができるようになります。 ですので、皆さんが悩んでいるシワが本当に深い表情ジワや眉間、目尻の深いシワなのか、それとも乾燥からくる小じわなのかによって選ぶべき化粧品が変わってくるということを、まず冒頭でお伝えしておきたいと思います。それを踏まえた上で、自分が乾燥による小じわを目立たなくしたいのか、それともすでにできているシワそのものを改善したいのか、自分がどちらのタイプかを見極めて、シワ改善やシワへのアプローチをする化粧品を選んでいただきたいと思います。 では早速、ドラッグストアで見つけたシワ改善化粧品1つ目はこちらです。「肌美精 シワ改善クリーム」です。私が購入したものには数量限定で3Dマスクが付いていました。もしかしたらクリーム単体で販売されているパターンとマスク付きのパターンがあるのかもしれませんが、私はクリームに1枚だけ3Dマスクが付属しているものを購入しました。 中を開けてみると、薬用シワ改善クリームとシートマスクが1枚入っていました。今回はシートマスクよりも、このシワ改善クリームについて詳しく解説したいと思います。 こちらの「肌美精 プレミア 薬用シワ改善クリーム」の有効成分はナイアシンアミドです。ナイアシンアミドが入っているということは、本当にくっきりとしたシワを改善する有効成分が配合されているということになります。 ナイアシンアミドは非常に優秀な成分で、表皮では紫外線によってメラノサイト（メラニン色素を作る細胞）に指令が伝わりメラニンができてしまうのを改善したり、生成を抑えたりする働きがあります。一方、真皮ではコラーゲンやエラスチンの断裂を防いだり、再生を促したりします。つまり、表皮ではシミ予防・改善、真皮ではシワ改善というように、ダブルで効いてくる非常に優秀な成分なのです。 ただ、ナイアシンアミドは色々な商品に配合されているので、「効果が弱いのでは？」と思う方もいるかもしれません。しかし最近は、このナイアシンアミドにどんな成分を組み合わせるかによって、その効果を後押しするような商品がたくさん出てきています。 こちらの商品にもナイアシンアミドはもちろん配合されていますが、それをサポートする成分として「ハス出子乳酸菌発酵液」というものが配合されています。このハス出子乳酸菌エキスは、真皮にある線維芽細胞の活性を促し、それによってシワ改善効果が期待できるのではないかと言われている成分です。つまり、ナイアシンアミドによるコラーゲン・エラスチンの生成促進に加え、線維芽細胞の活性化というダブルの作用でシワを改善していこうというアプローチだと考えられます。 さらに、キメを整える収れん成分や、ヒアルロン酸、ユズセラミドも配合されています。ユズセラミドは植物性のセラミドなので、ヒト型セラミドなどに比べると保湿力は少し弱いですが、部分用のシワ改善クリームなので、お肌全体の保湿という点にはそこまでこだわらなくても良いかと思います。とにかく、ナイアシンアミドにサポート成分として発酵ハス出子乳酸菌エキスを組み合わせているという点がとても良いと思いました。 付属していた3Dマスクにも同様にナイアシンアミドが配合されていて、ヒアルロン酸やユズセラミドも入っています。化粧水で潤いを与えた後、例えば3Dマスクでナイアシンアミドを補い、部分的にこのクリームを使うという使い方をすれば、徐々にシワ改善が期待できるクリームなのではないかと思い、ご紹介しました。 続いて2つ目はこちらです。「アンレーベルラボ 超高圧浸透型レチノール配合エッセンス」です。開けてみると、少し不思議な容器に入っていて、開けるととろっとした透明な美容液が出てきます。 名前に「超高圧浸透型レチノール配合エッセンス」と書かれているので、レチノールが配合されたシワ改善美容液だと思う方もいらっしゃると思いますが、それは当たっているようで少し違います。ネガティブな意味ではないので、最後まで聞いてください。 このエッセンス自体には実は「シワ改善」とは書かれていません。「乾燥小じわを目立たなくする」と書かれていて、その下に「効能評価試験済み」と記載されています。つまり、乾燥小じわを目立たなくするための試験に合格していますよ、ということです。これが冒頭でお話しした、深めのシワを改善するものとは異なる、乾燥小じわを目立たなくするという分類の美容液になります。 こちらは、有効成分としてレチノール、ナイアシンアミド、ニールワンのいずれかが入っていなくても、しっかりとした評価テストをクリアすれば表示することができます。ただ、この評価テストは大変で、実施するにはお金もかかりますし、しっかりした製品でないと通せません。ですので、ドラッグストアのそこまで高くない商品でこの評価機能テストをクリアしているのは、とても素晴らしいことだと思います。 この商品に使われている「超高圧技術の浸透型レチノール」は、成分名でいうと「水添レチノール」と表記されています。これはレチノールの誘導体になります。レチノールの誘導体というのは、私の動画でよくお話しする「攻めではなく守りのレチノール（ビタミンA）」で、パルミチン酸レチノールやパルミチン酸レチノールなどが有名です。 この水添レチノールは、パルミチン酸レチノールなどよりも分子量が小さいため、角質の奥までしっかり浸透していくという特徴があります。パルミチン酸レチノールも肌の中で分解されてレチノールに変換されるので、どちらが良い悪いということではありませんが、こうしたレチノールの誘導体をじわじわと長期間使い続けることは、お肌の水分量を上げたりシワをできにくくしたりする、つまり乾燥小じわを目立たなくする効果が期待できると思います。 シワ改善という効果効能を謳えるわけではありませんが、長期的に見るととても良い美容液なのではないかと思い、今回ご紹介しました。 続いてのシワ改善化粧品はこちらです。「ザ・レチノタイム リンクルモイストクリーム」です。こちらには思いっきり「薬用シワ改善」と書いてあります。多機能オールインワンなので、クリームとして使ってもいいですし、このままオールインワンとして使うこともできます。 中身はジャータイプになっていて、開けるととろっとしたというよりもしっかりとしたクリームタイプです。肌にのせると、オールインワンジェルのようなものよりも本当にしっかりとしたクリームという感じで、ベタつきはないわけではないものの、きちんと膜を張ってしっかり保湿してくれるリッチなクリームタイプです。 「薬用シワ改善」と書かれているということは、有効成分が配合されているということで、その有効成分はナイアシンアミドです。「またナイアシンアミド？」と思うかもしれませんが、先ほどもお話しした通り、最近はこのナイアシンアミドに何をプラスするかがとても重要になっています。 ナイアシンアミドは表皮にも真皮にも効いていく成分で、真皮に効くとシワ改善につながりますが、実はこの製品にはレチノールパルミチン酸エステルという、いわゆるレチノールの誘導体も配合されています。先ほど水添レチノールの時にもお話ししましたが、レチノールの誘導体はそれ自体で「シワ改善」と言えるわけではなく、レチノールに比べて緩やかにお肌に働きかける、攻めというより守りのレチノールです。 すぐに効果を実感するというよりも、ナイアシンアミドと組み合わせることで、肌がハリを持ち、水分を含んだような状態にしてくれて、使い続けるうちにシワ改善効果が期待できるものになっています。ナイアシンアミドにプラスして、私も大好きな守りのレチノール誘導体が入っているのは驚きでしたし、お求めやすい価格帯なので、顔だけでなく首元にも使いやすいのではないかと思い、こちらもご紹介しました。 まとめますと、「シワ改善」と明記していい有効成分は、ナイアシンアミド、レチノール、ニールワンです。ニールワンはポーラーしか使用できない成分なので、市販ではだいたいナイアシンアミドかレチノールが配合されています。最近は、ナイアシンアミドにプラスアルファでどんな成分を組み合わせるかというのが、お手頃価格のプチプラ・ドラッグストア商品でとても盛んになっています。 そういった観点で選んでいただくのも良いですし、そこまで深刻でない、まだ20代後半や30代前半の方であれば、乾燥小じわを目立たなくするという評価試験を通過しているものでも十分だと私は思います。その中でも守りのレチノールなどが入っているものであれば、長期間使うことで乾燥小じわだけでなく、光老化による加齢のシワも防げる可能性があるのではないかと思います。 私も先日ドラッグストアに行って、どれが良いか色々探してみました。ぜひ皆さんも近くのドラッグストアで、こういった視点でシワ改善の化粧品を見つけていただけると嬉しいです。 いかがでしたか？今日はこんな感じで、ドラッグストアで見つけたシワ改善化粧品をご紹介してみました。皆さんもぜひ自分に合う化粧品を探してみてくださいね。 そして、まだチャンネル登録をしていないという方は、ぜひチャンネル登録をしていただき、いいねボタンを押していただいたり、コメントを書いていただけると大変嬉しいです。 では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce three wrinkle-improving cosmetics I found at the drugstore that rival department store cosmetics, so please watch until the end. Wrinkle-improving cosmetics really keep coming out one after another, don't they? As I always mention in my videos, there are different categories for products that claim a "wrinkle-improving" function. First, for products that can genuinely be labeled as "wrinkle-improving," the active ingredient must be either retinol, niacinamide, or Nir-Wan (a Pola-exclusive ingredient) — otherwise, they cannot use that label. However, besides deep expression lines and the somewhat deeper wrinkles at the corners of the eyes, there are also fine lines caused by dryness. Fine lines from dryness can be improved through proper moisturizing, and there is an evaluation test specifically for improving these dryness-related fine lines. If a product passes this test, it can state that it has "passed an evaluation test for making dryness-related fine lines less noticeable." So, first I want to point out that whether your concern is truly deep expression lines, glabellar lines, or deep wrinkles at the corners of the eyes, or whether it's fine lines from dryness, will affect which product you should choose. Keeping this in mind, please figure out whether you want to make dryness-related fine lines less noticeable, or whether you want to actually improve wrinkles that have already formed, and choose a wrinkle-improvement or anti-wrinkle product accordingly. Now, let's get right into it. The first wrinkle-improving cosmetic I found at the drugstore is this: Hada Labo (Hadabisei) Wrinkle Improvement Cream. The one I bought came with a limited-quantity 3D mask. It seems there might be a version sold as just the cream and a version that includes the mask — I bought the one with a single 3D mask included with the cream. When I opened it, inside was a medicated wrinkle-improving cream and one sheet mask. Today I want to focus on explaining this wrinkle-improving cream in detail rather than the sheet mask. The active ingredient in this Hadabisei Premier Medicated Wrinkle Improvement Cream is niacinamide. Since niacinamide is included, this genuinely qualifies as a product that can improve well-defined, visible wrinkles. Niacinamide is a very "smart" ingredient. On the surface layer (epidermis), it can help improve or prevent melanin formation that occurs when UV rays trigger melanocytes (the cells that produce melanin pigment) to be signaled. Meanwhile, in the dermis, it helps prevent the breakdown of collagen and elastin and promotes their regeneration. So it works on the surface for brightening/preventing dark spots, and in the dermis for wrinkle improvement — truly a dual-acting, excellent ingredient. But since niacinamide is included in so many products, some of you might think, "Isn't its effect a bit weak?" However, recently, what matters is what ingredients are combined with niacinamide — like a "secret sauce" — to boost its effectiveness, and many such products have come out. This product, of course, contains niacinamide, but as a supporting "secret sauce" ingredient, it also contains Lotus Seed Lactobacillus Ferment Filtrate. This lotus seed lactic acid bacteria extract is said to promote the activity of fibroblasts in the dermis, which is expected to help improve wrinkles. So the idea is a double approach: niacinamide promoting collagen and elastin production, plus this ingredient promoting fibroblast activity, working together to improve wrinkles. It also contains an astringent-type ingredient to refine texture, hyaluronic acid, and yuzu ceramide. Yuzu ceramide is a plant-derived ceramide, so compared to human-type ceramides, its moisturizing power is somewhat weaker, but since this is a spot-treatment wrinkle cream rather than an all-over moisturizer, that's not something you need to worry too much about. Overall, I think combining niacinamide with the supporting fermented lotus seed lactic acid bacteria extract is a great approach. The included 3D mask also contains niacinamide, along with hyaluronic acid and yuzu ceramide. I think this could be a promising cream for gradually improving wrinkles if you moisturize with a lotion, then use the 3D mask to add niacinamide, and apply this cream as a spot treatment — that's why I introduced it. Next, the second product is this: UNLEVEL LAB Ultra High-Pressure Penetrating Retinol Essence. When I opened it, it came in a somewhat unusual container, and inside was a clear, thick, syrupy essence. Since the name includes "Ultra High-Pressure Penetrating Retinol Essence," you might think, "Oh, this is a wrinkle-improving serum containing retinol," and that's sort of right but also a bit different. This isn't meant negatively, so please keep listening. This essence itself actually doesn't state "wrinkle improvement." As written on the package, it says it "makes dryness-related fine lines less noticeable," and below that it says "efficacy evaluation test completed." This means it has passed a test for making dryness-related fine lines less noticeable. This falls into the category I mentioned earlier — different from products that improve deeper wrinkles — that of making dryness-related fine lines less noticeable. Products in this category can display this claim even without one of the three official active ingredients (retinol, niacinamide, or Nir-Wan), as long as they pass a rigorous evaluation test. This test is quite demanding — it costs a fair amount of money and requires a properly formulated product to pass. So the fact that this reasonably priced drugstore product has passed this efficacy evaluation test is truly impressive. The "ultra high-pressure penetrating retinol" technology used in this product is, in ingredient terms, listed as hydrogenated retinol. This is a retinol derivative. Retinol derivatives are what I often refer to in my videos as "gentle/protective" retinol (vitamin A) rather than "aggressive" retinol — well-known examples include retinyl palmitate and retinyl acetate. This hydrogenated retinol has a much smaller molecular size compared to retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate, so it penetrates deeper into the stratum corneum. That said, both retinyl palmitate and retinyl acetate get broken down into retinol once absorbed into the skin, so it's not necessarily a matter of one being better than the other. Using this type of gentle retinol derivative consistently over a long period is expected to increase skin moisture and help prevent fine lines from forming — in other words, it can help make dryness-related fine lines less noticeable. While it can't claim the official "wrinkle improvement" effect, I think it's a very good essence when used over the long term, which is why I wanted to introduce it. The next wrinkle-improving cosmetic is this: The Retinotime Wrinkle Moist Cream. This one boldly states "Medicated Wrinkle Improvement." It's a multi-functional all-in-one product, so you can use it as a cream, or use it on its own as an all-in-one product. Inside, it comes in a jar, and when opened, rather than being syrupy, it has a solid cream texture. When applied to the skin, it feels much more like a proper cream compared to an all-in-one gel — it does have some stickiness, but it forms a nice film and provides rich, thorough moisturizing. Since it clearly states "Medicated Wrinkle Improvement," it contains an official active ingredient, which is niacinamide. You might think, "Niacinamide again?" but as I mentioned earlier, what really matters these days is what's combined with niacinamide. Niacinamide works on both the epidermis and dermis, and its effect on the dermis leads to wrinkle improvement. This product also contains retinyl palmitate, which is, as mentioned, a retinol derivative. As I discussed with hydrogenated retinol earlier, retinol derivatives alone can't be labeled as providing "wrinkle improvement" — they work more gently on the skin compared to pure retinol, functioning as a "protective" rather than "aggressive" form of retinol. Rather than giving immediate results, combining it with niacinamide is expected to give the skin a plumper, more hydrated feel, and with continued use, help improve wrinkles over time. I was honestly surprised to see this combination of niacinamide plus a gentle retinol derivative — one of my personal favorites — and since it's also very reasonably priced, I think it's great not just for the face but also for the neck area, which is why I wanted to introduce it too. To summarize: the active ingredients that legally allow a product to state "wrinkle improvement" are niacinamide, retinol, and Nir-Wan. Since Nir-Wan can only be used by Pola, most commercially available products contain either niacinamide or retinol. Recently, what's really flourishing in the affordable, drugstore price range is products that combine niacinamide with various supporting ingredients. You could choose based on that perspective, or if your concern isn't too severe yet — say you're in your late 20s or early 30s — I think products that have passed the evaluation test for making dryness-related fine lines less noticeable are more than sufficient. Among those, if the product also contains a gentle retinol derivative, using it long-term may help prevent not just dryness-related fine lines but also wrinkles caused by photoaging over time.
