角栓の最新ケアアイテムを2つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、コスメコンシェルジュの友利新です。今日は皆さんのお悩みの中でも上位に上がってくる「毛穴の詰まり」について、いろいろなアイテムがある中で、今年のキーワードである「黒」にアプローチした新技術のアイテムを2つご紹介したいと思います。最後までご覧ください。 まず、そもそもなぜ毛穴が詰まるのかという話をします。毛穴というのは穴が開いていて、その横には皮脂を出す「皮脂腺」があります。皮脂はネガティブなイメージを持たれがちですが、実は天然の保護クリームの役目をしていて、皮脂が毛穴から出て肌全体に行き渡ることで、肌のバリア機能がしっかりと働き、外的刺激を防いだり、内側の水分が逃げるのを防いだりしてくれます。つまり皮脂はとても大事なものなのです。 では、なぜ毛穴の詰まりが起こるのか。1つ目の原因は「皮脂分泌の過剰」です。思春期や、女性より男性の方が多い傾向があります。皮脂がたくさん出ればツヤツヤになるだけと思うかもしれませんが、皮脂は油なので、過剰に分泌されて顔にずっと残っていると酸化してしまいます。酸化すると、目には見えない程度の炎症が起こり、毛穴の入り口の角質のターンオーバーがおかしくなって、出口が狭くなったり、逆にすり鉢状になったりします。すり鉢状になっても結局は詰まりやすくなり、毛穴が開いて見えるのに詰まりやすいという状態になってしまいます。ですから、皮脂分泌をコントロールすることは、毛穴の詰まりを改善するためにとても大切です。 2つ目の原因は、皮脂の酸化による炎症だけでなく、加齢によるターンオーバーの乱れや、過度な摩擦による炎症で角質が厚くなることです。これにより、毛穴の入り口の角質が厚くなり、皮脂分泌がそれほど多くなくても出口が塞がれて毛穴が詰まってしまいます。つまり「出るものが多い」ことと「出口が塞がれる」こと、この2つが毛穴の詰まりの主な原因なのです。 今まで毛穴の悩みというと、皮脂分泌が多い若い方のイメージが強かったのですが、最近はマスクをつける生活が当たり前になりましたよね。屋外でのマスク着用が任意になる流れもありますが、それでもマスクを長時間つけることに変わりはなく、実はマスクは毛穴にとって最悪の行動なのです。マスクをしていると、その中が蒸れて皮膚温度が上がります。皮膚温度が上がると皮脂がより多く分泌される仕組みになっているため、今まで皮脂が多くなかった人でも、マスクの中で皮脂分泌が活発になってしまいます。さらに、マスクは摩擦にもなるため、角質の肥厚も起こり、出るものが多く、出口も塞がれるという悪循環になり、この2~3年、毛穴の詰まりに悩む方がとても多くなっています。少し前までは、大人の毛穴悩みといえば「たるみ毛穴」でしたが、今はほぼ全世代が「詰まり毛穴」に悩んでいると言っても過言ではありません。 とはいえ、皮脂はある程度顔に必要なものなので、取りすぎてもいけませんし、摩擦によって角質が肥厚している状態で刺激の強い角質ケアをするのも、今のマスク時代には合いません。そこで今日ご紹介する2つのアイテムは、このマスク時代にぴったりで、毛穴に悩む若い方はもちろん、私くらいの40代・50代で、今まではたるみ毛穴だったのに、ここ2~3年で詰まりが気になるようになった方にもおすすめです。 まず1つ目はこちら、「ONE BY KOSE ダブルブラックウォッシュ」です。これは洗顔料で、押すとグレーがかった少し固めのテクスチャーが出てきます。泡立てて使うというより、時短で使える「塗るタイプの洗顔」で、顔全体に塗り広げて使います。 通常の洗顔料は界面活性剤で皮脂を取り除きますが、皮脂は大事なので取りすぎるのは良くありません。強い界面活性剤を使うとバリア機能が低下してしまいます。そこでこの商品には、ベントナイト・ホワイトクレー・海泥という3種の泥と、炭の成分が配合されています。炭には脱臭効果のイメージがありますが、実は皮脂を吸着する効果もあります。泥も同様に皮脂を吸着してくれます。これら4種類を配合することで、界面活性剤を極力少なくしているのです。 「クレーや炭を配合した商品は他にもあるのでは?」と思うかもしれませんが、ONE BY KOSEがこだわっているのは、直塗りしてパックのようにも使えるという点で、なるべく肌あたりの良い処方にしていることと、界面活性剤をそのまま配合するのではなく、3種の泥の中のベントナイトに洗浄剤を組み込み、皮脂がベントナイトに吸着された後に洗浄剤が働くシステムを採用している点です。直塗りするタイプなので、皮脂分泌が活発な方向けですが、マスクで皮脂が多くなっている今、界面活性剤でゴシゴシ洗うのではなく、優しく吸着しながら洗いたいという方にはとても良いと思います。 公式サイトには「顔全体に塗ってから水をつけて泡立たせて洗い流す」と書かれていますが、実際に使ってみると泡立ちはほとんどしません。全体に塗ってから軽く水で濡らし、優しくなでるようにしてから洗い流すというイメージです。突っ張り感があるかと思いきや、全世代を考えて作られているためか、洗浄成分は陰イオン系界面活性剤が1種類だけと少なめです。角質をゴリゴリ削るというより、炭やクレーでしっかり吸着して優しく取ってくれる感じで、洗い上がりは本当にツルッとします。 私は2週間ほど使ってみましたが、洗い上がりはしっとりしつつクリアな肌という感じです。毛穴が明らかに小さくなったかというと、2~3週間ではまだわかりませんが、キメが整ってきた感じはあります。使い続けることでキメが整い、毛穴が目立たなくなっていくのではないかと思います。私は皮脂によるテカりが気になるタイプですが、さっぱりしつつしっとり洗い上げられるのがとても良いと思い、ご紹介しました。 続いて、今年注目の「詰まり毛穴改善アイテム」がこちら、「SOFINA iP ポアクリア クレンジングクレイウォッシュ」です。ONE BY KOSEは顔全体に使うものでしたが、こちらの「ポアクリアリングジェル」は、角栓が気になる部分にピンポイントで直塗りするタイプです。 テクスチャーも独特で、出すと真っ黒なジェル状になり、垂れないんです。伸ばしても垂れず、密着度がとても高いのが特徴です。ジェル状のものはどうしても垂れやすいのですが、これは顔が濡れていても同じようにピタッと密着してくれます。角栓が気になる部分にしっかり密着させ、くるくるとなじませてから洗い流すタイプです。 SOFINA iPといえば「角栓崩壊技術」で知られていますが、これは角栓を内側から崩壊させる特殊な技術です。実は他のSOFINA iP製品にも使われている技術ですが、このポアクリアではさらに進化していて、角栓が崩壊しやすくなっています。これまでの製品はここまで密着しなかったので液だれしてしまうことがありましたが、この製品は改良が重ねられ、奥の方にある角栓までしっかり崩壊させてくれます。それでいて乾燥まではさせないというのが面白いところです。 角栓崩壊技術だけでなく、皮脂吸着も重視されています。角栓はタンパク質と皮脂が絡み合ったものなので、角栓崩壊技術はタンパク質を内側から崩していくイメージですが、マスク生活で皮脂分泌も多くなっている今、炭で皮脂を吸着しながら、独自の角栓崩壊技術で詰まった角栓を崩していくという、なかなか面白いアプローチです。 公式には「毛穴の汚れに直塗り」と書かれていて、顔全体に塗るものではありません。私は鼻や顎など、マスクで皮脂が厚くなりやすい部分に使っています。バリッと剥がすような爽快感はありませんが、毛穴の黒ずみや開きが徐々に改善されてきた感じがします。週に1~2回の集中ケアとして使うものです。 ONE BY KOSEは洗顔なので毎日使えるものですが、こちらは使い分けが必要です。より頑固な角栓をしっかり取りたい方はSOFINA iPを、マイルドにケアしたい方はONE BY KOSEのダブルブラックウォッシュを、というように使い分けると良いと思います。SOFINA iPは独自の角栓溶解技術があるため、洗浄剤自体はそれほど多く配合されていません。ONE BY KOSEもベントナイトに洗浄剤を組み込む技術によって、界面活性剤による洗浄ではなく、独自技術とクレー・炭で皮脂を優しく取っていくという、今の時代にマッチしたアイテムだと思い、2つご紹介しました。 皆さんもどちらが自分に合うか考えながら、これから暑くなってマスクをつけなければいけない時期もまだ続くので、詰まり毛穴が気になる方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 いかがでしたか?詰まり毛穴のケアは、昔は若い方向けというイメージでしたが、今は全世代が気になっていると思います。スキンケアアイテムもどんどん新しくなっているので、皆さんのお悩み改善に少しでも役立てば嬉しいです。 このチャンネルでは美容や健康について、皆さんにわかりやすく解説していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori, a cosmetics concierge. Today, among the many concerns you all have, I want to talk about one of the top issues: clogged pores. There are many products out there, but this year's keyword is "black," and I want to introduce two new items that use new technology to approach this issue. Please watch until the end. First, let's talk about why pores get clogged in the first place. A pore is, quite simply, an opening in the skin, and next to it is a sebaceous gland that produces sebum. Sebum tends to have a negative image, but it actually acts as a natural protective cream. When sebum comes out of the pores and spreads across the skin, it helps maintain the skin's barrier function, protecting against external irritants and preventing internal moisture from escaping. In other words, sebum is very important. So why do pores get clogged? The first cause is excessive sebum production. This tends to happen during puberty, and more often in men than women. You might think that more sebum would just make skin shinier, but sebum is oil, and when it's produced in excess and stays on the face for a long time, it oxidizes. This oxidation causes microscopic, invisible inflammation, which disrupts the normal turnover of keratin at the pore opening, causing the opening to narrow or become funnel-shaped. Even if it becomes funnel-shaped, it still tends to clog easily, resulting in pores that look open but are actually prone to clogging. So controlling sebum production is very important for improving clogged pores. The second cause, besides inflammation from sebum oxidation, includes disrupted skin turnover due to aging, and thickened keratin from inflammation caused by excessive friction. This thickening of keratin at the pore opening means that even without excessive sebum, the opening gets blocked, causing clogged pores. So the two main causes are "too much coming out" and "the exit being blocked." Until now, pore concerns were mostly associated with younger people who have more active sebum production. But recently, wearing masks has become a normal part of life. While there's now a trend toward optional mask-wearing outdoors, many people still wear masks for long periods, and masks are actually terrible for your pores. Wearing a mask causes moisture to build up inside, raising skin temperature. This increase in temperature triggers more sebum production, so even people who didn't previously have much sebum find their sebum production becoming more active under masks. On top of that, masks cause friction, which leads to thickened keratin—resulting in both more sebum production and a blocked exit, a vicious cycle. This is why, over the past 2-3 years, so many people have been troubled by clogged pores. Until recently, adult pore concerns were mostly about "sagging pores," but now it's fair to say that people of nearly all ages are dealing with "clogged pores." That said, since sebum is necessary for skin to some degree, removing too much of it isn't good either, and using harsh exfoliating care when keratin is already thickened from friction doesn't suit today's mask-wearing lifestyle. That's why the two items I'm introducing today are perfect for this mask era—not just for younger people struggling with pores, but also for those in their 40s and 50s like me, who used to have sagging pores but have noticed clogging becoming an issue over the past 2-3 years. The first item is the ONE BY KOSE Double Black Wash. This is a facial cleanser that comes out as a slightly firm, grayish texture. Rather than being lathered up, it's designed as a time-saving "apply-type" cleanser that you spread all over your face. Regular cleansers use surfactants to remove sebum, but since sebum is important, removing too much isn't good—strong surfactants can weaken the skin's barrier function. That's why this product contains three types of clay—bentonite, white clay, and marine mud—along with charcoal. Charcoal is often associated with deodorizing effects, but it actually also absorbs sebum well. Clay works similarly to absorb sebum. By combining these four ingredients, the amount of surfactant needed is minimized. You might think, "Aren't there other products with clay and charcoal too?" But what makes ONE BY KOSE special is that it's designed to be applied directly and even used as a pack, prioritizing gentleness on the skin. Rather than adding surfactant directly into the formula, they've incorporated the cleansing agent into the bentonite clay itself, creating a system where the cleansing agent activates only after the sebum has been absorbed by the bentonite. Since it's meant to be applied directly, it's ideal for people with active sebum production, but in today's world where masks increase sebum production, it's also great for anyone who wants gentle sebum absorption rather than harsh surfactant washing. The official instructions say to apply it all over the face, then wet with water to create lather before rinsing, but in my experience, it barely lathers at all. It works best to apply it all over, lightly moisten with water, gently rub it in, and then rinse off. You might expect a tight, dry feeling afterward, but since it's formulated with all age groups in mind, it only contains one type of anionic surfactant, kept to a minimum. Rather than scrubbing away keratin, it gently absorbs impurities using charcoal and clay, leaving skin feeling truly smooth. I used it for about two weeks, and my skin felt moisturized yet clear afterward. I can't say for certain whether my pores visibly shrank in just 2-3 weeks, but I did notice my skin texture becoming more refined. I imagine that with continued use, refined texture will lead to less noticeable pores. Since I tend to have oily, shiny skin, I really appreciated how this product left my skin feeling both refreshed and moisturized, which is why I wanted to introduce it. Next, this year's standout item for improving clogged pores is the SOFINA iP Pore Clear Cleansing Clay Wash. While ONE BY KOSE is used all over the face, this "Pore Clearing Gel" is meant to be applied directly to specific areas where you're concerned about pore clogging. The texture is also unique—when dispensed, it comes out as a jet-black gel that doesn't drip at all. Even when stretched out, it stays put thanks to its incredibly high adherence. Gel-based products usually tend to drip, but this one adheres firmly even on wet skin. You apply it directly to areas with visible clogged pores, massage it in circular motions, and then rinse off. SOFINA iP is known for its "pore plug decomposition technology," a special technology that breaks down clogged pore plugs from the inside. This technology is actually used in other SOFINA iP products too, but in this Pore Clear product, it's been further advanced to break down clogged pores even more effectively. Previous versions didn't adhere this well, which sometimes caused dripping, but through repeated refinement, this product now thoroughly breaks down even deeply embedded pore plugs—all while somehow not causing dryness, which I find fascinating. Beyond the pore plug decomposition technology, sebum absorption is also emphasized. Since clogged pore plugs are a mixture of protein and sebum, the decomposition technology mainly targets the protein component from within. But given that mask-wearing has increased sebum production these days, the charcoal absorbs the sebum while the unique decomposition technology breaks down the deeply clogged plugs—a genuinely interesting combined approach. The official instructions state it should be applied directly to areas with pore concerns, not all over the face. I personally use it on my nose and chin, areas where sebum tends to build up due to mask-wearing. While it doesn't give that dramatic "peel-off" satisfaction, I've noticed gradual improvement in pore blackheads and pore size. It's meant to be used as an intensive treatment once or twice a week. Since ONE BY KOSE is a cleanser, it can be used daily, but this product requires a different usage approach. If you want to thoroughly remove stubborn clogged pores, SOFINA iP is the way to go; if you prefer gentler daily care, the ONE BY KOSE Double Black Wash is a good choice. Since SOFINA iP relies on its unique decomposition technology, it doesn't contain much cleansing agent either. Similarly, ONE BY KOSE's technology of embedding cleansing agents into bentonite clay means it's not relying on surfactants to clean, but rather using its unique technology plus clay and charcoal to gently remove sebum—making both products well-suited to today's needs. That's why I wanted to introduce these two items. I hope you'll consider which one suits you best.
