あ、40歳のメンツです。シミが気になりました。有効なのはシミ取りレーザーになりますでしょうか。そうですね。まぁシミって言っても本当に、シミなのかイボなのかかんぱんなのかによって全然、あのレーザーを使うのか他の機械の機種を使うのか全然変わるので、ちょっと気になるんだったらあのご相談いただければと思います。 ドライヤー、ドライヤーはねいくつか持ってるんですよ。えっと、ダイソンとあとはヤーマンのやつとあとはえっと、ソフィーナじゃない、ソニーじゃなくてえっと、なんて言うんだっけ。あの、私が買っているあの普通のドライヤー。パナソニック。パナソニック、はい。私です。シャワーヘッドは特に変えてないですね。 ノーズシャドー、おすすめのノーズシャドーはえっと、私は何か最近何か交互で使ってて、えっとなんかこう、プチプラでいいなと思うこの、美生のシャドウシェード、トリック。これのこのこの2つ、こっちか、このこっちをちょっと使ってたんですね。なんですけれども、また久しぶりに今日は、フェンティービューティーの、このこっち、このフェンティービューティーを今日は使いました。やっぱりなんかブームがあるんですよね、こういうなんかちょっとした、一筆引きというか、そういうので、やりたい時と、なんか粉でやりたい時と。だから今日はなんか、好きのおとといからこっちの気分です。はい。ちなみにでも美生の場合は、えっとこのこっち、こうここに、なんていうのかな、シェーディングをする時には、こっちの方があのいいのかなと思います。 先生の急転動画見て、目代わりで韓国コスメをたくさん買いました。いやなんか私が韓国コスメを紹介したからなのか、なんかうちの事務所に韓国コスメの方からいっぱい取り合わせが来てるって言ってました。うちの取り上げてほしいみたいな。いやでも私は基本的にはあのまあいいと思ったものを取り上げているので、まあねあれなんですけれども。 今日はお顔の周りがスッキリしてスッキリ、あのレーザーをいろいろ今実は、インスタにも載せた勉強会にも行ったりとかして、うちのクリニックで新しいレーザーを表参道の方で、いろいろ試していて、それであの、まあレーザー当てたりとかしているので、それの影響かも、影響というか、それのおかげかもしれないです。 それについてはあの動画にして、お出ししようと思っていて、やっぱり私自身悩んでいることが、あのまあ顔の輪郭もそうだけれども、私もともとニキビ肌なので、そのニキビの、こう毛穴だったり、昔はフラクショナルレーザーとかをよくやってたぐらい、結構なんていうのかな、みかん肌みたいな感じだったので、それをなので、この辺は結構毛穴とか、油っぽいのが気になるんですけど、やっぱりこの辺は毛穴とか、が気になるので、そういったものをしっかり、なんていうのかな、あの一気に会、一気にというわけじゃないんですけどもこう、カスタマイズして治療できるような機会を、やっぱりちょっと入れたいなぁと思って、日々夜中勉強しながら、自分を実験台にしながら、やっている感じです。 はるかさんかな。30代で左右のゴルゴラインが気になってきています。スキンケアで何かできることはないですか。美容医療だとどういった治療になりますか。 ゴルゴラインってここにね、できるなんていうのかな、まあこれは、顔の解剖学的にここに、まあなんていうのかな、こう、人体があるので、結構痩せて、痩せているっていうかな、皮膚が落ち込んで、あの、たるんでくるとできるんですね。なので、ゴルゴができると、正直かなり、治療は難しいですって、気になってきている時には、やっぱり肌にハリを出せるような、あの施術をした方がいいと思うので、ちょっと見てみないと、どれぐらいのこうあれなのかわからないんですけれども、まああの。 ハンそうですね。なん、見てみないとわかんないなぁ。でもハリを出すような施術だったら、やっぱり、RF、そのサーマクールだったり、公衆派みたいなものだったりとか、あと最近はなんか、ポテンツァとか、そういった感じで神経にRFを入れていくような機械。あとは地味だけれども、まあ光、あのIPL、みんなの参拝、フォトフェイシャルみたいなものをするとか。あとはジェネシスみたいなあの、ロングパルスの、Nd:YAGレーザーとか、をやって、表皮も神経にもこう、熱を加えるような施術を、やる方がいいと思います。ただ1回ではできないので、もう本当にそう、半年とかかけて、しっかり、の肌の構築を変えていくっていう感じで、美容医療だとそれなんですけれども、スキンケアだったら、やっぱり肌の生まれ変わりを促すっていう感じにした方がいいと思う。でもレチノールだったりとか、あとライスパワーNo.11だったりとか、そっち系を、使った方がいいかなぁと思います。 アビア アイドルのリップ購入しました。愛されリップの、オイルにしましたが、とってもツヤツヤで気になっていますね。私の一群、私の一群を入れている中にもBアイドルは入ってて、先週ね、あの使っていいですよって言ったからだと思うんですけど、はい、私の一群の中に結構入ってます。 ん。こんばんは質問させていただきます。毎日ラロッシュの日焼け止めをパール1個分、3回は、3回つけてますか？全然、涼しげつけすぎじゃないと思います。 8床いう床計算、自称油田民とおっしゃると友利先生ですが、はい、私油田民でございます。花の毛穴の開きはありますか？めっちゃあります。日常的にダーマペンをされていますか。 ダーマペンをしていたんですけれども、でもダーマペンをすると、私、油田プラス色沈になりやすいんですよね。だからニキビ跡とかもすぐ茶色っぽくなる。だからダーマペンだとちょっと色沈になるのが嫌で、あのあと、ダーマペンで薬剤を入れても、やっぱり表面だけなので、やっぱりちょっと、ダーマペンに、あのなんていうのかな限界を感じてきておりまして。最近はポテンツァであのやるようにしています。ですからそのポテンツァって言って、RFO、RFというラジオ波を開けながら、あの、その針を当てて、そこから、RFとラジオ波を出すんですね。なので熱をこうしなんていうのかなこう、毛穴に対しての、ひげ線を、ちょっと弱らせるという感じですね。はい、そういうのをやってます。 今日発売のオペラのリップティント、グリッターが入ってあ、そうなんだ。ポイ、あの、ちょっと見てみます。 川本前美さん。毎年大腸カメラをしているのですが、今年初めて、毛細血管拡張症と言われました。大したことないと言われたのですが、いまいち、よくわかりません。顔の皮膚にもできるみたいですが、どういったものでしょうか。 まあ、あの、もしかしたら、も細血管拡張症、大腸のだったら、やっぱり、ちょっと皮膚、その大腸の壁面が、ちょっと薄くなっているという感じで、もしかしたら腸内細菌のバランスが崩れて、腸壁を、ちょっと、あの、まあ、食べてるって言い方はあれかもしれないですが、ちょっと薄くなっているかもしれない。ちょっと腸内環境を、整えたりするような感じがいいかなと思います。 脂腺増殖症が鼻と頬に多数あります。近所の皮膚科では毛穴詰まりと言われましたが、もう何ヶ月も治りません。脂腺増殖症の治療はレーザーしかありませんか。また若いのにできる原因は、やはり、指定花だからでしょうか。 私もね、あるんですよ。ここに脂腺増殖症が1個で、レーザーじゃないと無理です。ただ、レーザーも、私はCO2レーザーを2回ぐらい行ったんですけど、また再発してくるんですよ。昔ここ等にもあって、ここはCO2レーザーでなくなったんですけど、ここはCO2レーザーを2回行ったけど、また出てきてるので、それこそ、ポテンツァで今度やっぱり、焼いてみようかなと思っています。 通常だったら、アグネスっていう機械があるんですけど、アグネスの方がいいと思うんです。家にアグネスがないので、針を刺して、RFが出るものを、やろうかなと思ってますけれども。これはもう今、油田民の人に多いのは確かだと思いますし。やっぱり、脂腺が増殖する。その脂腺って言ったあの脂腺が増殖する、病気になる、病気というか、ものなのです。はい。 夏のボディケアは何をしていますか？足はもういつもクラランスのアンティオっていうオイルでマッサージして。体は、なんだ、お日、あのお昼間というか朝、朝はやっぱりUVが入ったものがいいので、私はハッチのボディミルクのUVが入っているものをつけています。であと、お風呂上がりに、いうえっと、ボディークリーム、結構でも、いろんなものを使うんですよね。キュレルのあの、濡れたまま使えるものだったりとか、あとは美白で行くと、ファンケルの美白のボディー。なんかミルクがあるので、それを使ったりしています。 首にマッサージピールをしましたが、シワには効果ありますか。あの1回では難しいと思いますが、マッサージピールをするのはいいことだと思います。どちらか、ちょっと、ザラつきとか、そういったものがなくなるかな。 この夏の美白、リニューアルした白とクラリフィックの美白、病気、どっちがおすすめですか。 ジョージ岡田アットサイダーは、ジョージだったら、どっちかなぁ。えっと、クラリフィックはどちらかというと、あのまあ、ピーリングをしながら、透明感を出しているブナの目エキスというものが出てくるから、角質ケアで透明感、という感じ。白はどちらかというと、本当に、メラニンに効いていくという感じなので、まあ、ジョージ別にそんなになんていうのかな、メラニンがいっぱいあるという感じじゃなくても、透明感を出した方がいいと思う。だから、ジョージだったら、私は、クラリフィックがいいかなと思う。ですからでも、ちょっと、そばかすがあるって、もしあの、透明感よりも、そばかすの方が気になるって言うようだったら、白かなっていう。 止めてくれない公開でいうの。はい。ジョージはジョージは、私のあの仲良しのあの子です。はい。ピアノがね、とっても上手で、今あの、なんか演奏会とかをやっているので、よかったら。はい。 今晩はディオールスノーのクッションファンデを購入予定ですが、近くにショップがないため、ネットで購入しようと思います。色選びのアドバイスをお願いします。私は結構、スノーでも何でもそうな、ちょっとピンク色が入っているピンクよりのものを選ぶようにしています。というのも、私は結構黄色っぽく、まあ、油でみんなので、黄色く肌がなりがちなんですね。だから、ちょっとピンク入れた方がいいので、私は、ピンクよりのものを入れてますけれども、どういうは、ベースのお肌の色によるかっていうのは、あるかなと思います。 あ。いつも先生は動画のサムネが好きなんですが、びっくりした顔、しかめつら、可愛い笑顔など、どのように撮影しているんですか。びっくりしたとか、うーんとか、いちいち表情をつくって撮ってます。はっはっははい。 桜さ。貧血治療で子宮にミレーナというリングを入れていますこう大体ホルモンが出ていると教えていただいたんですが、大体ホルモンを肌に何か影響あります。 質問者：ミレーナを出した時、一気に光年期が出たり肌に悪影響が出たりはしますか？ 医師：ミレーナが入っているということは、生理を止めるということだし、ホルモンバランスを整えているので、そんなにはないと思います。ただ、大体ホルモン有意になると、人によってはニキビができたりもするんですが、ミレーナを入れているということは、私ぐらいの年代の方だと思うので、そこはあんまり問題ないかな。で、私たちぐらいの年代の人というのはもうそろそろ閉経が近づいてきている頃なので、この一気にという感じではないと思います。 質問者：先生は痩身エステで効果あると思いますか？ジムにするか悩んでいます。 医師：それはジムでしょう。エステはそのサポート。エステだけで痩せるということはないと思います。ただ、エステに通うことによって意識をしたりとか、エステでマッサージをすることによって自分のボディを意識して、食事を生成するとか運動するとかだと思うんですが、マッサージだけでは痩せないんですね。 質問者：先生の大ファン、26歳男です。いつも動画拝見しています。超活や美肌に目覚めました。母にも先生の動画を進めしています。どうもありがとうございます。 医師：嬉しいです。 質問者：人間ドックの結果、ちょうど今日来たんだよ。 医師：相変わらず私には胆石がありまして、で今年は私PETということで、CTというのも撮ったんですけども異常がなくてちょっとホッとしました。で、胆石はね、あの、母親が二十歳の時に胆石になってるんですよ。相当珍しくってだから、あの母は胆嚢を摘出してるんですね。だから私はそのコレステロールとかも高くないし体重も通常通りだし、肥満体質でもないのに胆石があるということはもう遺伝的な要素ですねって言われて、もうこれはあの気をつけるようがないので、痛くなったら病院に来てね、みたいな感じです。 質問者：私も先生のサムネの顔芸が好きです。 医師：顔で確かに顔芸ですね。 質問者：ポテンシャルは体内に金属があるとできないですね？ 医師：基本的にはそうですね。 質問者：小地晴ちゃんのメイクYouTubeでXLのタッセルが出てきて周りの姉様方に教えてもらいました。って書いてありました。多分美保さんと友利新先生ですね？ 医師：確かに私と美保さんだと思います。というのも今月22日にあのマキア出るんですけれどもまたマキアで小地晴ちゃん美保さん私の3人でベストコスメのテーマで対談をしてて、その時にエクセルの話をしたから多分それかなと思います。22日に発売のマキア、ぜひ見てください。ちなみに、その時の撮影の模様をYouTubeに撮らせていただいたので、発売して、まあ翌日翌翌日くらいにあのYouTubeの動画でも、だってさ小地晴ちゃんと美保さんと並ぶんですよ。こっちとしてもめっちゃプレッシャーなわけですよ。だって一人アイドル、一人はもうちょっと、なんていうのかな、モンスター級って言ったら失礼ね、なんでも奇跡的なあの透明感を持つ人じゃないですか。なんか2人とも卑怯なわけですよ。私からすれば、そんな人2人と並ぶ私の気持ちも考えてみたいな、囚われた宇宙人みたいな感じになるわけじゃないですか。だからもう前の日からどんな感じでやったかとか、クリニックにも行ったし、なんだったら他人のクリニックにも行ったからね。私は、というぐらい万全をあの騎士で行ったわけですけど、その万全をどうやったかっていう、まあ前日のルーティンから始まって、どういうことをやったかという話をした、あのYouTubeを撮っているので、それもぜひぜひ見ていただければと思います。 医師：私は酵素洗顔はあのもちろんたくさんあの水彩とかあとはこの前はイオンのやつを使ってたりもするんですけど、あれはコーヒーになっているので旅行にはそういうパウチのものを持っていくんです。けれども基本はめんどくさいから、あの昨日の動画でも出した、慌てている、あのNオーガニックさんのあの酵素洗顔を使っています。 質問者：きょうのメイクのポイント？ 医師：きょうのメイクのポイントはブルーだから、ちょっとラメにブルーを入れたかなと。私がずっと使っているごめんさん、ちょっと汚いんですけども、使いすぎてこれ、ルナソルのアイカラーレーションのEX 20番。高校だ、EX 20番のこっちをベースに塗って、こっちをあの締め色で使ってこれね、青ラメなんですよ。この青ラメをあんまりいつも青ラメ使わないんですけれどもちょっと夏っぽくって。あと今日青があのベース、あのなんていうのかな、お洋服にもこっちか、お洋服にもお花もあったので、青ラメを使いました、って感じですかね。 質問者：6歳娘の口元の産毛処理はまだ早いでしょうか？ 医師：早いというよりは怖くて動いちゃうと思います。あ、産毛処理、ハーム、産毛を主なので、ロールっていう分にはいいと思いますよ。 質問者：シスレーの化粧品は乾燥肌と絶対ですブラックローズクリームがめちゃめちゃいいと思います。 医師：はい。 質問者：マスク生活で顔のたるみがひどいのですが、傘を使ったマッサージはやめたほうがいいと思います？ 医師：今日です。読み取ってくれてありがとう。とんでもございません。ハイドラフェイシャルしてますよ。 質問者：マッサージピールとどっちがあの全然違うんですよね？ 医師：ハイドラフェイシャルというのは毛穴の詰まりを取るもので、マッサージピールはピーリングなので、美白をしながらあの角質ケアで、ターンオーバーを流すので、ちょっと違いますね。何をしたいかによりますね。ツヤ感と角質ケアをしたかったら、ハイドラフェイシャル。美白と角質ケアをしたかったら、マッサージピール。角栓とかニキビとか毛穴とかが気になるんだったら、ハイドラフェイシャルの、全然違うアレです。 質問者：皮膚科で夜のスキンケア何もつけない時間が必要らしく、クリニックのVCローションを少しつけただけです。50歳後半です。シミとカンパンの薄いものがあります。トラネキサム酸とVB配合カリオ処方されています。ちょっと不安です。 医師：まああの、カンパンにはやっぱりトラネキサム酸をしっかり、250ミリだけだったら500ミリぐらいは飲んだ方がいいと思うんですけれども、それだけでカンパンはよくなる可能性はあると思います。ただ、シミに関してはやっぱりレーザーとかの方がいいんじゃないかなぁとは思います。 質問者：先生は週に何回ほど使われますか？ 医師：コース線が何かニキビとかが気になったり、あとクリニックではマスクするんですよ。だからクリニックの診察の日とか、だから週に2,3回はやりますね。今ってもうマスク基本はしないじゃないですか。でもクリニックではずっとしてるんですよ。なので、クリニックではマスクをで洗う、という感じ。クリニックの日は1日やってるので、やっぱりちょっとあの角栓とか詰まり、やっぱり私油でみんなで、そういう時にはやります。 質問者：おすすめのフェイスパウダー？ 医師：なんか今年あの持ち運び、それともあれかな、やっぱりフェイスパウダー今季はローラメルシエのプレスト、これプレストパウダーなんですけど、リアルフローレスルミナスパーフェクティングプレストパウダー、これは結構いい感じです。で後、まあちょっと限定だったのでもうないと思うんですけれどもあの、NARSのリフコのこのマーブル、この2つを最近は使いますかね。 杉尾：将棋、杉尾さん、先生と皆さんこんばんは。質問させてください。最近ある政治家が議会で暴れて周りにいた人に怪我をさせたようです。その日の選挙区は東京で、東京の方もさぞかしがっかりされていると思うのですが、投票時の選択の難しさに関して、先生は投票するとき、学歴、当選回数や政党以外で、エレベートしたらどこら辺を見て投票しますか？お答えくださったら幸いです。 医師：難しい質問ねまたそうね。でもさあ、正直選挙の時っていいことしか言わないじゃない。それ当たり前だと思うのよ。私ね、生徒会長に立候補した、立候補したことがあるんですけれどもなんだそれですけど、でもその時ってさやっぱ自分よく見せたいじゃん、当選したいから。だから、なんていうのかな、いいことは言うわけですよ。この学校を何かこうしたいとかしたい、とかでできそうもないことを言うわけじゃないですか。だって私の力ではどうにか学校を変えることができなかったりすることでも、なんかさ、とりあえずさ、耳障りが良くって格好良くって、なんかすごいことを言ってたら、みんながすごいと思ってくれそう、みたいな感じで思うんですけれども、でもやっぱり、生徒会もそうですけれども、政治も一人でやってるわけじゃないから、周りとの協調性って、なんだろうって思うんですよ。で、0か100かじゃないじゃないですか。まあもちろん理想はあるけど、理想と現実って違うし、あのまあ例えば、私沖縄出身ですけど、沖縄だけじゃなくって周りの県だったりとかとの共同、なんていうのかな、あの共同調和みたいなものも必要だし、あとは日本だけじゃなくて周りの国との協力も必要だから、なんかそういう夢物語みたいなことを言ってないかなぁ、とか、日々のやっぱりこう、選挙で自分の選挙区の人だから、近くで見た時になんていうのかな、現実的なことをしているのかなぁ、とか、そういったところもいますね。あんまり非現実的なこと言ってても、なわけないじゃん、みたいな。だから、スキンケアとかでもそうですよね。もう全くシミもないツルンとした肌に1回慣れるか、というとそうじゃなくて、やっぱり地道にスキンケアして、スキンケアもあの水と、あの水分という分、しっかり入れて、でかつ日焼け止めも塗ってで、足りないね、とあの例えば、カンパンとかあったら、トラネキサム酸とか飲んで、それで地道にしたところにレーザーとかを当てて、でそれでもなんか雑誌でレタッチしたような綺麗な肌になれるか、と言ったら、なかなか難しいけど、それに向けてちょっとずつ頑張っていくわけじゃない。だから何を言ってたんだっけ、何を言ってたんだっけですけれども、なんかあんまり大げさな理想を言わずに、コツコツやっていて、周りの人と協調しているかな、みたいなことを見るかなと思います。大丈夫かなぁ。私何言ってるかわかんねーよ、って思ったかもしれないけど、そんな感じです。
