SNSで話題の無印良品のエイジングケアコスメをご紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。今日はSNSで話題沸騰中の無印良品のエイジングケア商品について解説していきたいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 無印良品は私も結構愛用しているものが多く、以前の動画で無印の愛用商品をご紹介した際にもいくつか化粧品がありましたが、今回はエイジングケアのものだけを選んできました。 無印の化粧品はもともとお手頃な価格ですが、エイジングケアの化粧品——シワ対策や美白といった効果を持つもの——は有効成分を配合するとどうしても価格が高くなりがちです。しかし今回私が購入したものは、最高でも1,990円と非常にリーズナブルでした。「そろそろエイジングケアが気になり始めたけど、まだ高い化粧品には手が出せない」という方にぜひ注目していただきたい商品です。 無印のエイジングケアラインには2種類あります。一つはリンクル（シワ対策）系、もう一つは美白系です。美白系はもともとラインナップにあったようですが、リンクル系は最近新発売になったようです。 今回私が購入したのは以下の3つです。美白ラインのものが2種類、そしてリンクルケア（シワ用）のものが1種類です。なぜこの3つを選んだのか、詳しく解説していきます。 【1つ目】無印良品 エイジングケア 薬用リンクル美容液 その名の通り、シワ対策の美容液です。シワ対策の有効成分として代表的なものが3つあります。ポーラが開発した「ニールワン」、承認を受けた「レチノール」、そして各社が広く使用している「ナイアシナミド」です。この美容液にはナイアシナミドが配合されています。 ナイアシナミドはビタミンBの一種で、表皮にも真皮にも効果があります。真皮ではコラーゲンやエラスチンを増やしてシワを改善し、表皮では美白効果を発揮します。今回はリンクルケア美容液ということでシワ改善が主な訴求ですが、ナイアシナミドはしっかり配合されていれば美白効果も期待できます。 マスクによる摩擦で炎症が起きてシミができやすい口周りや、紫外線でシミになりやすい目の周りや頬の高い部分など、シワ予防・改善と美白を同時にケアできる点がとても優れています。また、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムや水溶性コラーゲンなどの保湿成分もしっかり配合されており、肌の水分量を高めて小じわや乾燥じわの予防にも役立ちます。 価格は1,490円と、1,500円でお釣りがくるほどリーズナブルです。「安いから有効成分が少ないのでは？」と思われるかもしれませんが、「薬用」という表記は医薬部外品にしか使えません。医薬部外品とは、厚生労働省が「この成分はこの効果を謳える」と認め、一定濃度以上の配合が定められたものです。つまり、この「薬用リンクル美容液」には、他の医薬部外品と同じ濃度のナイアシナミドが配合されているということです。安いからといって成分量が少ないわけではないのです。 ニールワンやレチノールと比べると、ナイアシナミドはじっくりゆっくり効いていく成分ですが、赤みやピリピリ感などの肌刺激が非常に少ないのが特長です。20代後半頃から、まだシワやシミが目立つわけではないけれど少しずつ予防を始めたいというエイジングケア入門者の方に、価格・成分の両面で非常におすすめの商品です。 なお、リンクルケアのクリームも試しましたが、伸びがあまり良くなかったため、私はこの美容液を選びました。 【2つ目・3つ目】無印良品 エイジングケア 薬用美白オールインワンジェル／薬用美白クリームAC こちらはもともと無印良品が展開していたエイジングケアの美白ラインです。どちらも「薬用」表記があるため医薬部外品です。有効成分は「トラネキサム酸」と「ビタミンC誘導体（アスコルビン酸グルコシド）」です。 トラネキサム酸は、肌に炎症が起きた際にその炎症を抑える効果が非常に高い成分です。シミが気になる方はもちろん、マスクの摩擦による炎症が起きている方にも特におすすめです。 ビタミンC誘導体については、医薬部外品に認められている水溶性のものが2種類あります。この商品に含まれる「アスコルビン酸グルコシド（ビタミンCグルコシド）」と、「リン酸L-アスコルビン酸マグネシウム」です。アスコルビン酸グルコシドはかつて「肌に乗せても浸透しにくいのでは」と言われていた時期もありましたが、最近の研究では、一部が肌に浸透してメラニンの生成を抑制するだけでなく、すでに黒くなったメラニンを薄くする作用があるというデータが報告されており、美白効果が改めて認められつつあります。 また、どちらの商品にも「加水分解ヒアルロン酸」と「アセチル化ヒアルロン酸」の2種類が配合されています。加水分解ヒアルロン酸は分子量を小さくすることで角質の奥まで浸透しやすくしたもの、アセチル化ヒアルロン酸は通常の約2倍の保水力を持ち、肌表面で水分の蒸発を防ぐものです。この2つの組み合わせにより、高い保湿効果が期待できます。 私がオールインワンジェルを選んだ理由は、使い心地です。伸びがよくスーッと浸透し、これからの暑い時期でも使いやすいテクスチャーです。シワ改善も加えたい場合は、先ほどのリンクル美容液を重ねるのも良い組み合わせだと思います。 美白クリームACは、オールインワンジェルだけでは保湿が物足りないと感じる方向けです。水っぽいテクスチャーでスッとなじむクリームなので、保湿の補完として使いやすいです。 私のおすすめの使い方は、「リンクル美容液＋薬用美白クリームAC」の2つでエイジングケアをコンプリートするか、あるいは「薬用美白オールインワンジェル＋リンクル美容液」を重ねる方法です。 価格は最高でも薬用美白クリームACの1,990円、その他はすべて1,500円以下という驚異的なコストパフォーマンスです。医薬部外品なので有効成分の濃度は他の同カテゴリの商品と基本的に同等であり、まさに「価格破壊」とも言えるエイジングケアラインだと感じています。 もちろん、テクスチャーや香りはお値段なりの部分もありますが、エイジングケアをこれから始めようとお考えの方には、ぜひ一度手に取っていただきたい商品です。 このチャンネルでは美容・健康・化粧品についてわかりやすく解説しています。よかったらチャンネル登録をよろしくお願いします。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist physician. Today I'd like to discuss MUJI's anti-aging skincare products, which have been generating a lot of buzz on social media—so please watch until the end. I personally use quite a few MUJI products, and while I've featured some of their cosmetics in previous videos, today I've specifically selected items from their anti-aging range. MUJI cosmetics are already very affordable, but anti-aging products—targeting wrinkles and brightening—tend to become expensive once you factor in effective active ingredients. Yet everything I purchased this time was priced at 1,990 yen at most, making them remarkably budget-friendly. If you're starting to think about anti-aging care but aren't ready to invest in expensive skincare, these products are definitely worth your attention. MUJI's anti-aging line comes in two categories: a "Wrinkle Care" (Rinkuru) line for wrinkle treatment, and a Whitening line for brightening. The whitening line has been available for some time, but the wrinkle care line appears to have launched recently. I purchased three items: two from the whitening line and one from the wrinkle care line. Let me explain why I chose these three. [Item 1] MUJI Aging Care Medicated Wrinkle Serum As the name suggests, this is an anti-wrinkle serum. There are three major active ingredients used in wrinkle treatments: Niacinamide (widely used by various brands), Nialone (developed by Pola), and Retinol (officially approved). This serum contains niacinamide. Niacinamide is a form of Vitamin B that works on both the epidermis and dermis. In the dermis, it stimulates collagen and elastin production to improve wrinkles; in the epidermis, it delivers brightening effects. While this product is marketed primarily as a wrinkle care serum, niacinamide at sufficient concentration is also expected to provide skin-brightening benefits. This makes it ideal for areas like the area around the mouth (prone to inflammation and pigmentation from mask friction) and the cheekbones and eye area (prone to UV-induced dark spots). You can address wrinkle prevention and brightening simultaneously. The formula also contains sodium hyaluronate and water-soluble collagen for moisturization, helping to boost skin hydration and prevent fine lines caused by dryness. At 1,490 yen—less than 1,500 yen—the price is exceptional. You might wonder if the active ingredient content is lower due to the low price, but the key point is the label "Yakuyo" (medicated). In Japan, the word "medicated" on a cosmetic label can only be used for quasi-drugs (iyakubuhin), products approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as containing specified active ingredients at defined concentrations. This means the niacinamide concentration in this serum is equivalent to that of other quasi-drug products in the same category—you're not getting less just because the price is lower. Compared to Nialone or retinol, niacinamide works more gradually, but it also has a very low risk of irritation such as redness or tingling. It's an excellent entry-level anti-aging ingredient, both in terms of price and formulation, for those in their late 20s who want to start preventive care before wrinkles and dark spots become pronounced. I also tried the wrinkle care cream, but found its texture less smooth, so I opted for the serum instead. [Items 2 & 3] MUJI Aging Care Medicated Whitening All-in-One Gel / Medicated Whitening Cream AC These are from MUJI's established whitening anti-aging line, both labeled "medicated" and classified as quasi-drugs. Their active ingredients are tranexamic acid and Vitamin C derivative (ascorbyl glucoside). Tranexamic acid is highly effective at suppressing skin inflammation. It's particularly recommended for those concerned about dark spots, as well as those experiencing inflammation from mask friction. Regarding the Vitamin C derivative: there are two water-soluble Vitamin C derivatives approved as quasi-drug active ingredients in Japan—ascorbyl glucoside (used in these products) and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. Ascorbyl glucoside was once considered to have limited skin penetration, but recent research shows that a portion of the molecule does penetrate the skin, not only inhibiting melanin synthesis but also lightening already-darkened melanin. Its brightening efficacy is increasingly supported by data. Both products also contain two types of hyaluronic acid: hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, which has a reduced molecular weight for better penetration into the deeper layers of the stratum corneum, and acetylated hyaluronic acid, which has approximately double the water-retaining capacity of standard hyaluronic acid and helps prevent moisture evaporation from the skin's surface. Together, they deliver strong moisturizing performance. I chose the All-in-One Gel for its texture—it spreads easily and absorbs quickly, making it a great option for warmer months when heavy, sticky products feel uncomfortable. For those wanting to add wrinkle care on top of brightening, layering it with the Wrinkle Serum is a good combination. The Medicated Whitening Cream AC is recommended for those who find the All-in-One Gel insufficient for moisturization. It has a light, slightly watery texture that blends in smoothly and works well as a supplementary moisturizer. My suggested routine: either "Wrinkle Serum + Medicated Whitening Cream AC" for a complete anti-aging approach, or "Medicated Whitening All-in-One Gel + Wrinkle Serum" layered together. The most expensive item is the Medicated Whitening Cream AC at 1,990 yen; all others are under 1,500 yen. Given that they are quasi-drugs with active ingredient concentrations equivalent to higher-priced competitors, this lineup represents remarkable value—truly a disruption in anti-aging skincare pricing. Of course, texture and fragrance reflect the price point to some degree, but for anyone considering starting anti-aging care for the first time, these products are absolutely worth trying.
