皆さんこんにちは。内科皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は2021年に発売される注目のプチプラ美白コスメをご紹介したいと思います。皆さんプチプラ大好きですよね。私の動画の再生回数が一番多いのも「プチプラ美白美容液ベスト3」というものだったんですね。その動画はちょうど1年前ぐらいに撮影したものなので、今までに発売されているものをご紹介していたんですが、今年はそれを上回る、バージョンアップしたプチプラ美容コスメが出ていますので、そちらをご紹介したいと思います。ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、一つ目はこちら。「メラノCC 薬用シミ集中対策プレミアム美容液」になります。メラノCCは前回のプチプラ美白美容液ベスト3の中でもご紹介したんですが、2021年3月15日に新しくリニューアルして、プレミアムな美容液として新登場しました。その名も「メラノCC 薬用シミ集中対策プレミアム美容液」です。 何がプレミアムになったかというと、今までのメラノCCにはピュアビタミンC、つまりビタミンCそのものが配合されていたんですね。ピュアビタミンCはビタミンCの中でも速効性があるとされており、それがメラノCCの人気の秘密だったんですが、今回はプレミアムになったということで、このピュアビタミンCに加えて3種類のビタミンC誘導体が配合されるようになりました。 この3種類のビタミンC誘導体を紹介する前に、そもそもビタミンCには大きく分けて2種類あるということをご存知でしょうか。一つはピュアビタミンC、つまりビタミンCそのものが配合されているパターン。もう一つはビタミンC誘導体といって、さまざまな物質を加えて肌に浸透しやすくしたものです。それぞれ一長一短があります。ピュアビタミンCだけを配合しているもの、ビタミンC誘導体だけを配合しているものとさまざまありますが、このメラノCCの素晴らしいところは、ピュアビタミンCも入っているし、ビタミンC誘導体も今回3種類入ったということです。いろんなビタミンCのいいとこどりという感じになります。 どんなビタミンC誘導体が入っているかというと、まず一つ目は「アスコルビルグルコシド」という水溶性のビタミンCです。基本的に最も安定性が高いビタミンCと言われており、プチプラを含むさまざまな化粧品に配合されています。以前はあまり効果がないのではとも言われていましたが、最近の研究ではやはり美白効果があり、メラノサイトを薄くする、つまりくすみや色素沈着を薄くする効果もあるという報告が上がってきていますので、入っていると嬉しい成分です。 二つ目は「3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸」という水溶性のビタミンC誘導体で、速効性と持続性を兼ね備えたものになります。先ほどのアスコルビルグルコシドは、肌に入るとゆっくりと持続的に効果を発揮する持続型ですが、この3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸は水溶性でありながら速効性もあり、持続性も持つビタミンCです。水溶性のビタミンCが2種類入っており、一つはゆっくりじわじわ効くタイプ、もう一つは速効性と持続性を兼ね備えたタイプとなっています。 三つ目は「テトライソパルミテート」という油溶性のビタミンCです。肌は皮脂という油の膜でコーティングされているため、水溶性より油溶性のビタミンCの方が肌に浸透しやすいと言われています。ただし高濃度には配合できないという弱点もあります。そこで水溶性のビタミンCを2種類（速効性・持続性それぞれ）入れ、さらに肌に浸透しやすい油溶性のビタミンCも加え、ピュアビタミンCも配合することで、あらゆる角度からビタミンCをお肌に届けられるようになっています。これにより、従来のメラノCCよりも高い効果が期待できます。 さらに、ニキビを防ぐためのイソプロピルメチルフェノール（殺菌成分）や、抗炎症成分のアラントインなども配合されているので、シミだけでなくニキビ跡やニキビができやすい方にも使っていただける一品です。また、テクスチャーも改善されており、以前よりもとろみのある使い心地になっています。乾燥感も以前より気になりにくくなっていますので、今まで使っていてどうかなと思っていた方も、もう一度チャレンジする価値はあると思います。 続いてはこちら、「肌ラボ 白潤プレミアム」です。実はメラノCCも肌ラボも、同じロート製薬の製品なんですね。さすがロート製薬さん、プチプラ美白に関してはしっかり出してくるなと思います。メラノCCが3月15日発売で、この白潤プレミアムが3月16日発売となっています。 こちらはメラノCCとは打って変わって、肌ラボといえばヒアルロン酸ですよね。白潤プレミアムにも、お家芸とも言えるヒアルロン酸が配合されています。美白成分としてはトラネキサム酸と、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体が配合されています。 トラネキサム酸は抗炎症作用によってシミを抑える成分です。今はマスク生活が続いていますが、紫外線だけでなくマスクのすれなどでも肌に炎症が起こり、それがシミや肝斑の悪化の原因になることがあります。トラネキサム酸は炎症を抑え、肝斑にも効果的な成分として知られていますので、マスク生活でシミや肝斑が濃くなってきた方にとって、とても良い選択肢だと思います。 また、白潤プレミアムには2種類のヒアルロン酸が配合されています。一つは高分子ヒアルロン酸、もう一つはナノ化ヒアルロン酸（低分子ヒアルロン酸）です。ヒアルロン酸はもちろん保湿効果がありますが、実は抗炎症作用もあります。つまり、トラネキサム酸でも炎症を抑え、ヒアルロン酸でも炎症を抑えるという、複数の角度から炎症にアプローチして美白を叶えてくれる製品です。全体的なくすみが気になる方や、マスクのすれで肌の調子が悪い方に特におすすめの新製品です。 続いてはこちら、「ちふれ 美白うるおいジェル」です。こちらは3月1日に発売されたものです。配合されている美白成分はトラネキサム酸で、先ほどの白潤と同様に肌の炎症を抑えてくれます。それに加えて、トレハロースや甘草エキスも配合されています。甘草エキスは肌の炎症を抑える効果があり、トレハロースは肌の水分量をアップさせてくれます。保湿をしっかりしながら肌の透明感をアップさせ、抗炎症作用でシミを改善していく製品です。シミそのものというよりは、透明感を出したり、くすみをなくしていくのに向いているかなと思います。 先ほどご紹介したメラノCCや白潤と違い、こちらはオールインワンジェルになっています。美容液・乳液・クリーム・パック・化粧下地・化粧水の代わりになるとされていますので、忙しい日や疲れた日にも美白ケアをしたいという方にぴったりのアイテムです。 まとめると、ビタミンCのいいところを全部味わいたいならメラノCC（美容液なので今のスキンケアに加えていただけます）。乾燥や肌のくすみが気になり、しっかりお手入れしたいなら白潤（化粧水・乳液があるのでスキンケアラインとして使えます）。美白と透明感を求めているけれどスキンケアは手軽に済ませたいという方には、ちふれのオールインワンジェルがおすすめです。 美白は今や1年中行うのが当たり前の時代になってきましたので、賢くプチプラで取り入れて、長く続けていただければと思います。ぜひ参考にしてみてください。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルでは美容や健康についてわかりやすくお話ししています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。また、共同で配信しているシェアマガジン「週刊ともに新た」でも、美容情報や美容研究者へのインタビュー記事などを動画で配信していますので、ぜひ概要欄からチェックしてみてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist. Today I'd like to introduce some noteworthy budget-friendly ("puchi-pura") whitening cosmetics launching in 2021. I know you all love affordable beauty products! My most-viewed video was actually "Top 3 Budget Whitening Serums," which I filmed about a year ago covering products that were available at the time. This year, however, even more upgraded budget whitening cosmetics have come out, so I'd like to introduce those today. Please watch until the end! **Product 1: Melano CC Medicated Intensive Spot-Correction Premium Serum** I previously featured Melano CC in my Top 3 Budget Whitening Serums video. On March 15, 2021, it was relaunched in an upgraded "Premium" version: the Melano CC Medicated Intensive Spot-Correction Premium Serum. What makes it "Premium"? The original Melano CC contained Pure Vitamin C — Vitamin C in its direct form — which was known for its fast-acting effect and was the secret behind Melano CC's popularity. The new Premium version retains this Pure Vitamin C and adds three types of Vitamin C derivatives. Before introducing those three derivatives, let me briefly explain the two main categories of Vitamin C used in skincare. The first is Pure Vitamin C — Vitamin C itself. The second is Vitamin C derivatives — Vitamin C modified with various compounds to improve skin penetration. Each has its pros and cons, and some products use only one type. What's great about the new Melano CC is that it combines both Pure Vitamin C and three different Vitamin C derivatives, giving you the best of all worlds. Here are the three Vitamin C derivatives: 1. **Ascorbyl Glucoside** – A water-soluble Vitamin C known for its excellent stability, commonly found in many cosmetics including budget ones. While it was once considered less effective, recent studies confirm it does provide whitening benefits and can lighten melanocytes — reducing dullness and pigmentation. 2. **3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid** – Another water-soluble Vitamin C derivative that offers both fast action and sustained effect. While Ascorbyl Glucoside works slowly and steadily over time, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid adds speed without sacrificing longevity. So you get two water-soluble Vitamin Cs: one slow-and-steady, one fast-and-lasting. 3. **Tetraisopalmitate** – An oil-soluble Vitamin C. Since skin is coated with a layer of sebum (oil), oil-soluble Vitamin C penetrates the skin more easily than water-soluble types. Its drawback is that it cannot be used in high concentrations, which is exactly why it's paired with the two water-soluble types for comprehensive delivery. By combining Pure Vitamin C + two water-soluble derivatives (fast-acting and sustained) + one oil-soluble derivative (deeply penetrating), the new Melano CC Premium delivers Vitamin C to the skin from every angle, making it even more effective than the original. It also contains Isopropylmethylphenol (an antibacterial agent to prevent acne) and Allantoin (an anti-inflammatory ingredient), making it suitable not only for dark spots but also for acne-prone skin and post-acne marks. The texture has been improved as well — it's now slightly thicker and more comfortable, with less of the dryness that some users experienced before. Even if you tried Melano CC in the past and weren't fully satisfied, it's worth giving this new version a try. **Product 2: Hada Labo Shirojun Premium (White Pure Premium)** Interestingly, both Melano CC and Hada Labo are made by the same company — Rohto Pharmaceutical. It's impressive how consistently they deliver in the budget whitening category. Melano CC launched on March 15 and Shirojun Premium on March 16, just one day apart! While Melano CC focuses on Vitamin C, Hada Labo is synonymous with hyaluronic acid, and Shirojun Premium is no exception. In addition to hyaluronic acid, it contains Tranexamic Acid and a water-soluble Vitamin C derivative as whitening ingredients. Transanexamic Acid has anti-inflammatory properties that help suppress the formation of dark spots. With our current mask-wearing lifestyle, skin inflammation can occur not only from UV exposure but also from friction caused by masks, which can worsen spots and melasma. Tranexamic Acid is well known for being effective against melasma in particular, making it an excellent choice for anyone who has noticed their spots or melasma darkening due to mask wear. The product also contains two types of hyaluronic acid: high-molecular hyaluronic acid and nano-sized (low-molecular) hyaluronic acid. Beyond moisturizing, hyaluronic acid also has anti-inflammatory properties. This means both Tranexamic Acid and hyaluronic acid work together to suppress inflammation from multiple angles, resulting in a brighter complexion. This product is especially recommended for those with overall dullness or skin sensitivity caused by mask friction. **Product 3: Chifure Whitening Moisture Gel** This product launched on March 1st. Its whitening ingredient is also Tranexamic Acid, just like Shirojun — targeting skin inflammation to reduce spots. It also contains Trehalose, which boosts skin moisture levels, and Licorice Extract, which has additional anti-inflammatory properties. Together, these ingredients deeply moisturize the skin, improve transparency, and reduce dullness through anti-inflammatory action. It's less focused on tackling individual spots and more about achieving an overall luminous, clear complexion. Unlike Melano CC and Shirojun, this product is an all-in-one gel. It is described as replacing a serum, lotion, cream, mask, primer, and toner — all in one step. On busy or tiring days when you still want to do some whitening care, this is the perfect product to reach for. **Summary:** - Want to harness the full power of Vitamin C? → **Melano CC Premium Serum** (easy to add to your existing routine) - Want comprehensive skincare targeting dullness and melasma? → **Hada Labo Shirojun Premium** (available as toner and lotion for a full skincare line) - Want whitening and a luminous glow with minimal effort? → **Chifure Whitening Moisture All-in-One Gel** Whitening skincare is now something to practice year-round.
